服務態度極其惡劣。歧視華人 千萬不要入住。直接説如果10點不搬走將會使用強烈手段。從來沒有見過這麼情況

共立メンテ系の温泉旅館です。ウェルカムドリンクはビール。館内は裸足でOK。綺麗な館内。喫煙場は2ヶ所あります。貸切風呂も2ヶ所。どちらも半露天です。陶器風呂が気持ちよかった。温度は低めで長い時間浸かることが出来ます。匂いもほぼ無し。今回大浴場は利用しませんでした。無料の夜泣きそばの提供あります。晩と朝の二食を頂きましたが、品数・質共に満足でした。量は多めです。檸檬堂が飲み放題でした。スタッフは関西訛がある人が多かった。独りトリプル部屋でゆっくり過ごせました。

電車に併せた時間で、鳴子温泉駅にお迎えをいただきました。 乗る事40分。途中から雪景色になり、宿もとても良い雰囲気。 チェックインまでラウンジで待つことに。案内された部屋は1階だが、ロビーフロアから階段を8段くらい上がる。大浴場の近くでとても便利だった。小さな中庭に面し、大きな枝垂桜が見える。使う事はなかったが、小さいながら桧のお風呂があった。部屋の玄関を入ってすぐに冷蔵庫や水屋・クローゼットなどがあるスペース。その先の扉を開けて部屋になるので、廊下の騒音なども聞こえづらい設えになっている。 大浴場は2ヶ所あり入れ替え制。夜は女性が狭い方で翌朝が広い方（２フロアに跨り階段で行き来するのでかなりの広さ）であった。泉質が良いのか、かなりお肌がすべすべになった。 食事は普通といったところ。期待しすぎてしまった面もあるので、あしからず。こちらにいた総括している様なスタッフの女性は、唯一愛想がなくて残念な対応であった。 冷蔵庫、お風呂前の飲み物も無料で嬉しいサービス。そして夜鳴きそばは、おなかが一杯なのにいつも誘惑に負けてしまう。 総じてスタッフも皆さん笑顔で雰囲気は良い。また、是非訪れたいお宿である。 ※これは客側の問題だが、このご時世に食事処で大声で大騒ぎする客（これはホテル側から注意が欲しいところ）、大浴場に刺青をしている客がいる事は残念であった。
