Villa Madison

Positive aspects: our two-bedroom apar**ent on the 3rd floor was large and bright. Communication with the owner was prompt and self check-in was quick. Cons: The property has nothing to do with the star rating. It is recently built but in an advanced state of deterioration. Ruined and dirty walls, super worn and poor quality furniture, sockets disconnected from the walls, sofa full of stains and ruined where it was uncomfortable to sit on, dirty carpets and full of dust everywhere. The parking is 50 m from the property and is not guarded. The property does not have an elevator. To reach the city center only the car is convenient and the traffic was considerable. The most unpleasant aspect of the entire holiday was the strong smell of smoke in the apar**ent classified as non-smoking. When reported to the owner, she told us that the previous guests had smoked inside and the only solution proposed was to remove the curtains while we had already settled in and a free late check-out given the inconvenience. Too bad we couldn't wait to leave that smelly environment, let alone stay any further. In short, we had chosen a property classified as "luxury" and paid as such and we stayed in an inhospitable place that we couldn't wait to leave. Really bad quality/price ratio.
