Mediterranean Beach Resort

Great hotel just outside the busy town of Laganas! We booked this hotel because it was directly at the beach, close to restaurants and shops but a little outside the busy area. We had a great time. Rooms are spacious, beds are fantastic (quite soft matresses and big!), furniture looks rather old, but we found that quite charming. There is a locker and a small fridge available. There was some music every night from a nearby beachclub. But after 23:00 it was nice and quiet. The hotel itself was clean and quite beautiful. Breakfast consisted of a lot of different choices which was nice. There is a swimmingpool and there are sunbeds that you can use for free. Also there is a bar at the pool at which you can order drinks, food, ice-cream etc. Sunbeds at the beach cost 6 euros a day. Staff was very cheerful, nice and helpful too. Only one very small point of feedback: they could up their service by looking more into food allergies for the breakfast buffet. I am lactose intolerant and even though there was food that I really enjoyed, the choices were minimal for me. (Very wide for everyone else though!! So that's great!!)

Travelling with the family to the hotel. The hotel is a bit old and the pool is something out of the 70s, very outdated. We had a really sour experience at the end of our stay. We got a bag taken out of our room. When complaining to the management they said we were wrong. I threatened to go and complain to the police and they wished me luck. Do not stay, avoid as much a possible if you don’t want your belongings disappear.

i am going to Greece since 2003 , i have been on continent and islands, but this was by far the worst experience, the food was werry bad, the room was full with mold, and the reception tell me that this was normal. And the price was verry high, i think it would have been better if i slept on the beach, avoid this hotel

The hotel was perfect, staff very friendly, great location, room was 5 star. Great hotel for all families. Nice bar at the pool and the same in the hotel. Just a short walk along the beach to loads of restaurants. Noel Will be going back. Noel

Nice pool and perfekt located on The Laganas beach. The room was a disappiontment when we booked a familyroom and only hade two normal beds and a sofa. The poolbar was great but The restaurant had big trouble with the service. Every morning i had to ask for Coffee and every dinner for something to drink. I cannot recomend half board.

When booking we upgraded to a sea view which was a bit more expensive, when we arrived the room we had was not a sea view, when my other half went to complain he was told basically it was first come first served and that if he looked to the side we could see the sea,we wasn't offered a refund on the extra we paid just a free lunch by the pool we weren't impressed. We did like George the pool maintenance man he was lovely

A really nice hotel near Laganas, quiet and relaxing in May (only some noises from beach bar next door on Weekends). Beautiful view from the terrace with sunbeds! Good food and very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. They could be more open about accomodating faster very early arrivals especially in low season.

Very nice location, directly at the beach. The room was clean and cleaned every day. Super friendly service at the swimmingpool and at the reception. Nice location to be active and relaxing. Loved the place.

Room and conditions for a 5 stars hotel in room 611 and 614 description. Advantages and disadvantages: Advantages: 1.close to the beach:1-2 minutes walk and you are in the water Disadvantages: 1.rooms that are old and don't have real photos 2.food that is horrible Down you can find the longer description of the disadvantages I presented: 1.The hotel pictures are not real. From the moment I entered my room I saw that the pictures don't match with the reality. Is it normal that in a 5 stars hotel to find an air conditioning that is maybe 20+ years old(I must mention that it even had that air distribution system broken and they made the air flow fixed to one position with a SCREW.Yes...in a 5 stars hotel you got an air conditioner that have 20+ years old and fixed with a SCREW. The room was so small and didn't even had a HEATER to make a tea or coffee. Is it possible to come at a 5 stars hotel and to don't even have a HEATER? When I asked the person that was at the reception she told me that they could not give me that thing because there were no more left but promised me they will give me one...guess what my trip ended and I got no heater in my room. 2.Food is horrible: no taste plus the fact that they try to make the dinner based on the leftovers that remained from the breakfast disgust me even more. Same cream (nauseous one) is used to make the sweets. The drinks are not free, even for a bottle of water you must pay 2 euro. There was no food to eat for a vegan or vegetarian people in the morning(as a vegan) you can eat just tomatoes and cucumbers and at dinner a cabbage salad. These are their best food, trust me....even me that I am not a vegetarian I was somehow forced to eat those things...for example 1 day I decided to eat an omelet...result as usual (no taste)...I think they putted 2 eggs and the rest water for the entire tray because there was no taste of eggs. And lets not add their attitude when my aunt asked for a hot water to make a tea at the dinner(because we had no heater in the room) and their unbelievable answer: "Sorry we can't boil water for you at dinner, only at breakfast we can have it". You can say that you are a 5 stars hotel when you can't even boil some water? A big joke I can say. Will definitely not come to this hotel ever again!!! Conclusion: The price is too big for what this hotel has to offer!!
