I liked everything very much! A wonderful spa area, we enjoyed staying there for 3 hours, 4 excellent baths, a fairly large pool, we especially liked the foot massage in the pool. Not far from the sea, about 7 minutes' walk. Comfortable, clean rooms, good breakfast, there's even sparkling wine)) we'll be happy to come again!

Cool hotel. The service is excellent. Good location. Perfect cleanliness. Spa with good baths. Excellent breakfast. Well located. You can walk to the sea through an excellent pine park. The airport is 30-40 minutes by car...

We visited twice and will come again. The room had everything for a comfortable stay (shaving kit, hygiene products, a sweet surprise, robes of the right size, a full-fledged extra bed for a child with everything necessary, etc.). Wonderful SPA. We had to figure out how to set up the television and found a wide selection of movies and programs to watch. The staff is very caring. the place is clean. I didn’t like the dishes from the restaurant; we chose food in other places. For a suite there should be a view from the window not of the construction site or of the neighboring building!

Excellent hotel, my family and I stayed there for the second time. Perfect for a family holiday. Delicious and varied breakfasts - a buffet for every taste with a glass of champagne. You can also have a very tasty dinner at the Dune restaurant. The spa and pool are clean and in excellent condition. The bed in the room is very comfortable, the linen is fresh and crisp, and cleaning is done daily. The room also provides a spa robe for each family member, including children. The hotel staff is polite and responsive. I would like to return to the hotel for the third time!

This is a wonderful hotel. Cozy, with comfortable rooms and beds in them. The buffet breakfast is very varied and high quality. I especially liked the SPA - four saunas - Russian, Finnish, Turkish and juniper, a large swimming pool with a comfortable temperature and various massages, a Jauzi with hot water. We were also in the gym - there were few people, the exercise equipment was free. The staff is very friendly and polite. And the location is convenient - the promenade and the sea are close, through a beautiful park. We were there on New Year’s Day, all the streets were decorated, there were plenty of cafes for every taste! There are buses to Kaliningrad, but we used the train and taxi. We want to come here in the summer.

Two families with children visited the restaurant and spa. I can say about the restaurant that the food does not correspond to this establishment and the prices; there are many other excellent family and cozy restaurants in Zelenogradsk, but we came here because after that we were immediately going to go to the spa and had already paid for everything in advance. Initially, the waiter built a dialogue with us that she was not really eager to work! She accepted the order and said that the wait would take 20 minutes, in the end we sat for 50 minutes and at the same time the children were brought the order last. The vegetables in the salad were cut into very large pieces, simply halved. We also ordered mackerel, fish soup, etc. The mackerel was not of good quality, as it tasted like pate. Ukha - it was like fish soup in kindergarten with a clear broth and a piece of fish, while the serving was by a waitress with an extremely long manicure, then I don’t even want to continue where it was………………… When the hall was 50% full, service very long, the format of the establishment is not restaurant type. The children were brought their order after we asked the restaurant manager to come to us, who came to us and began to convince us that the wonderful potatoes for children were wonderful and juicy, although they looked like overcooked coals (((And upon leaving the restaurant I heard such words as how and why they leave, let them pay for everything, and then go to their spa. The words from the hotel manager were uncensored and it was very unpleasant to hear, of course, we paid for everything and did not even bother to find out the reasons for such a terrible service. The owners of this place will take care of this. This is their service and food service. What can I say about the spa, it smells very strongly of chlorine, the sun loungers need to be occupied right away and if someone vacates them, since there are very few of them, the shower cabins are not closed and maybe a man somehow got into the women's shower. The total bill for visiting this place came out to about 30 thousand rubles, but the emotions were not very good. Conclusion: when visiting this place with families with children, be prepared for what the time spent there can bring. and negative emotions(((Therefore, I advise everyone if you are going to visit this restaurant and spa, you need to think very carefully and not ruin your day.
