I had the most lovely stay at Hotel Monte Rosa in magical Zermatt. It was my first time visiting, definitely not my last. Started with the cutest taxi pick up at the train station to the kind and most welcoming staff at check in. Then off to the gorgeous, spacious and ever so comfortable room, with a view of the Matterhorn and snowy mountains. The bed and bedding were heavenly, the towels so soft and that shower...did not want to get out! Breakfasts and tea time were delicious. Housekeeping and the restaurant team were so nice. So much history here at the Monte Rosa. Included in my stay was access to the spa at their sister hotel, Mont Cervin. What a treat to be able to swim, use the hot tubs and glorious saunas! Hotel Monte Rosa is a very special place. You can feel the love. A huge thank you to George and Iliana at reception. They made my stay extra special with their warmth, amazing tips & recommendations and of course professionalism. I look forward to returning very soon! Much love Naz @Nazknowz

We stayed at Monte Rosa for 3 nights - we had two rooms, one was a suite. Everything was perfect. We had an amazing stay. The rooms are beautiful and the service was great. The thing that really stood out was the front desk service - especially Georges. It was so nice to see him when we did the key exchange! We also used the spa and pool and they are amazing - Magdalena and Jozefina were outstanding in the spa. I would highly recommend Hotel Monte Rosa!

The Monte Rosa is a small cosy hotel in the centre of Zermatt. All the staff are friendly, efficient and eager to please especially K-Marie, Lliana and Georgios. Breakfast is a highlight with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. We will certainly return to this gem in the future.

Absolutely great hotel! The service level is very good from reception to breakfast. Ski locker room works very good and the taxi arrangments from bahnhof and back by Monte Rosa was excellent. The reception guided us regarding skiing options in an excellent and helped us in restaurant bookings. We will come again!

If you value superb, old-school hospitality and service, this is the hotel for you. This historical hotel is beautiful and exudes relaxed style but the exceptional staff make this place truly special. It's clear that the staff enjoy working here. Every single staff member is happy and welcoming and all are professional to perfection. Special mentions should go to front of house staff Giorgio and Illiana and indeed to all the breakfast staff. We loved our recent week stay at Monte Rosa and you will too. Flawless five star service and facilities in this hotel. Thank you Monte Rosa!

In the middle of Zermatt with a historic touch. Great big room and a lovely, friendly and helpful service. One can relax in a nice surrounding. Very clean rooms. Allthough the price is high enjoy a lovely holiday in the Hotel Montana.

Monte Rosa is by far the best hotel in Zermatt. The location is perfect, The staff go above and beyond, rooms are traditional and very comfy. Breakfast is great, so many options. Everything was perfect. Thank you all for making my stay so wonderful ☺️

Hotel Monte Rosa is in a great location. It is easy to access and centrally located. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable. The restaurant and bar are great. Definitely a great place to stay while exploring Zermatt.
