原來的國賓館，重新裝修了，住宿條件在同等價位裏算很好的。 酒店位置超級好，離東門步行五分鐘，可以説是離東門最近條件最好的酒店。 酒店身後就是汽車站，從張家界西坐客運直達。 早餐種類不多，但是有麻辣牛肉米粉，牛肉隨便加，味道不比外邊的老店差。

酒店服務比較熱情，四樓服務員特意帶我們抄近路去餐廳，表示感謝。提供了歡迎水果，提供的房間也非常安靜，衞生打掃的非常乾淨。唯一表示遺憾的是早點略微簡單點，起碼配備牛奶，品種再豐富一點更加完美了。

酒店重新裝修了的，除味做的很好沒有任何裝修異味，酒店設施和房間各方面都是新的，整個酒店空間很大很通透，該有的都有了。周邊餐館眾多，步行10分鐘就到東門檢票口了，酒店內停車位也多隨便停，晚上休息特別安靜，整體來説性價比很高。中途出現一個小插曲，停車位旁邊的草坪在割草，酒店外包的除草工人衹管除草也不管旁邊是否有車，爬山回來一看整個車身表面和各種縫隙裏面全是草碎屑，給酒店反饋後立即派了好幾個人接上消防栓的水把車身沖洗了一遍，酒店對於這種細節沒注意導致問題後的解決態度和時效性還是值得稱讚的，也給現場解決問題的一羣酒店工作人員點贊。

房間很大，很乾凈。晚上睡覺很安靜。距離東門挺近的，走路過去很方便。 周圍小吃店倒是不多，不過我們玩的累了也是壓根不想走，全靠點外賣了。就是外賣要自己去大堂取，有點不方便。像其他酒店一樣搞個送餐機器人就好了。
