"A little gem of a hotel run by nice people. Our DiDi driver was unsure where to drop us off and one of the ladies running the hotel came out to make sure we were in the right spot. Checked in hours before check in time and were able to spend a full day up Tianmen Mountain, as the cable car station is within minutes, walking distance, to the hotel. It was clean and well run, surrounded by restaurants and small spas. And the best value of our month long trip to China."

"The location is perfect! Right next to the high-speed rail station, and a quick few-minute taxi ride to the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The breakfast offers a great variety of hot and cold dishes, drinks, and fruits, and the dining area is spacious and clean. Our stay was very comfortable, and the front desk staff, Tomato, was incredibly attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Zhangjiajie. Being right next to the high-speed train station makes traveling with luggage so easy. A short taxi ride takes you straight to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, which is great for early morning hikes without rushing. The breakfast buffet is extensive, featuring local specialties, hot porridge, pastries, fresh fruit, and drinks. The sky lobby offers beautiful views of Tianmen Mountain, and our room was clean and quiet. Tomato, one of the staff members, was warm and thoughtful. This is definitely our top choice for a stay in Zhangjiajie."

Breakfast was good, and overall the hotel offered excellent value for the price. The location was also a big plus — only about a 10–15 minute walk to the East Gate entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very convenient for both sightseeing and daily needs. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie."
