Excellent location and has comfortable, clean rooms which had everything we wanted. The host was lovely and helped us organize and book what we wanted to see in the area. He speaks English quite well. I highly recommend staying here.

Location is convenient, about 10min walk to cable car station. Hotel owner is friendly and gives good advice. Recommend this hotel if u r looking for a value for money option.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel California. The location is perfect ( only 10 min walk to the tianmen ticket station) with plenty of restaurants near by. the room is clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower had excellent pressure and consistent hot water! The host was very kind and helped giving us tips on how to navigate the Tianmen park. We loved it and we will certainly recommend Hotel California to our friends.

For the price, this place is good. However, whilst paying little, I expected to get a basic room, cleanliness is still a high expectation. The bathroom needs more care and there were a few bugs in the room. The receptionist was kind and helped me with finding the location for the Tianmen mountain.
The entrance to the ticket office is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel and there are some good local food options.
It has the potential to be a great little hotel but needs a bit of TLC.

Very good and cheap place to stay. Perfect, so far the best budget hotel that I stayed in **************. The only one that offers bath towels and have a staff that speaks a little of English.

I drove myself to visit Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie. This store is very stylish and warm. Their location is very good. The best thing is that there is a parking space right in front of the store, which is very convenient, and there is an elevator so you don’t have to climb stairs when you come back. Haha.
The proprietress is very nice. She answered many questions patiently and helped us buy discount tickets and tickets for the Tianmen Fox Fairy Show. I had a lot of fun this time!

At first, I chose it because of the location and I thought it was convenient. Everything was very comfortable when I moved in.
