My cute home in Zhangjiajie. I stayed here for 5D/4N and my host May jie has been of great help during my trip. I booked the tickets from her at a discount and she gave some advice on what route to take. I would be lost without her guidance. Overall, I super enjoyed my trip to Zhangjiajie. Will stay here again next time :)

The location is great. Comfortable and clean room, good service. The owner is friendly and helpful.

I have nothing adverse to say other than excellent service in all areas. Due to Typhoon, our flight to shanghai was affected. Host was gracious to continue to host us at discounted rate. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Host also offered advice on where to find local delights, etc. Highly recommended.

Sister may is the best, very kind and supportive, manage any bookings that you want (the wheater is cold outside she openned heater to keep the room warm when we arrived). Room is clean and cute, also the location is awesome !. We will come again for sure.

May is very friendly, helpful and resourceful ! Apartment is well decorated and spacious. Closed to shopping and food! Very happy and will definitely come back :))

lovely apartment situated in the heart of the city near everything (malls, food, train station, tianmen mountain)! host was really friendly and welcoming and the place was clean and comfortable. will recommend!

About location For Tian men it's nice location, but if you have plan to see national forest it's a bit far! About the service and behaviour they are sooo nice...the place is good and the room view also was so nice...simply...everything was nice enough for me to go there one more time

I love this hotel, it locate in a business center, close to railway station and airport, and easy find the food neaby, more important is the service is excellent! The lady May can help you plan your trip to scenic area, it was a wonderful time during my china travel period,

May Jie is really very helpful. I was clueless about my trip at ZJJ and she helped me with my itinerary. Place is comfortable as she offered us a free upgrade too. There are eateries below as well. Will come back to her when im back in ZJJ

Sister May help me to arrange driver pick up & drop off. She also takes the time to welcome me, explaining the room facilities. She also send me a list of food to eat in the area. Room is clean and very cosy. Location is great as there is lots of food to eat as well as a supermarket nearby. Overall, highly recommended!

We stayed here in February 2024, and they took foreigners. Sister May was very helpful throughout the whole process, add her on Wechat and she will make your travelling effortless! She called us prior to check in to see what we wanted to visit in the area, and even created a personal itinerary to fit our needs. She offered airport pickup and drop off service, and a private driver for getting around the national parks. We couldn’t find the hotel to check in but she came out and personally showed us to the room! The room is very spacious, and looks exactly like the photos posted. The heater was very good for the snowy weather, and the washing machine is very convenient. Even though it is a smoking permitted room, we did not notice any cigarette smell. Location is quiet and central, a short car ride to the central railway or bus station, shopping and food. We highly recommend staying with Sister May if you decide to visit beautiful Zhangjiajie!

The room is exquisitely decorated, with a sense of design, clean and tidy environment, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner and heater were turned on before we arrived, and we felt the warmth as soon as we arrived in the room. Aunt Mei enthusiastically and meticulously made a suitable travel guide for us and contacted a chartered car. She also upgraded our room type for free. The homestay is only a few minutes' drive from the Tianmen Mountain Cable Car. It was smooth all the way and a very pleasant travel experience. The Grand Canyon project was very exciting. Going to Tianmen Mountain just happened to catch up with the heavy snow. The snow-capped Tianmen Mountain under the bright sun had a beautiful snow scene. The two-day trip to Zhangjiajie left an unforgettable deep impression. Thanks to Aunt Mei, I highly recommend everyone to stay!

The location is very good. It is very close to Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area and the airport. It only costs less than ten yuan to take a taxi. Go downstairs and turn the corner to the commercial street. It is very convenient for travel and eating. The boss lady is very considerate and has prepared a travel guide. The environment is also very good. It is very spacious and clean. There is a refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine and projector. What I didn't expect is that there are free disposable face towels and bath towels. Very considerate. A very satisfactory stay~ Recommended
