從湛江-三亞-湛江，住了六家酒店，這是最差的一家，沒有之一，前台辦理入住的服務員比公務員還牛，前面一個人都沒有她讓我等，跟她説要個樓層高一點的怕潮，她説衹有二樓，好吧，懶得折騰就打算將就一晚，房間裏面被子床單都是濕的，地面反潮，空調是壞的，凍得瑟瑟發抖，因為第二天要趕飛機，就説服自己湊合一下吧，實在冷得不行，往水瓶裏灌了些熱水暖和一點，晚上難受得一夜沒睡，第二天漲了一身的濕疹……這樣的房間，居然是攜程四鑽，連一次性拖鞋都沒！！！洗髮沐浴產品更是十年前那種用不了的，300多的房間，無法形容的憋屈，不如小招待所。

1. 入住5天4夜，沒有任何一天（強調一遍，沒有任何一天）上門打掃衞生。每天晚上回到酒店發現沒有人打掃，都是自己再打電話給前台要求立即打掃。
2. 前台每天給的理由完全相同：客人多，可能有遺漏。並承諾“第二天”一定會打掃。
3. 上述過程重複了5天4晚，4次投訴沒有任何效果，依然沒有任何一天上門打掃。

和圖片差別還是蠻大的，當時被酒店外觀吸引，所以一定要去住。出租車走到半路就有點崩潰了。老酒店了，招待所性質，設施很老舊，打掃也不到位。帶孩子出門，或者對酒店品質有要求的，還是避坑吧。

酒店距離坡頭區政府、海油各單位都很近，湛江西站坐64K路公交45分鐘到酒店附近幾百米，酒店內部設施齊全，環境挺好，比較安靜，適合休息，早餐種類很多，前台服務態度很好！
