酒店在金沙灣這裏，週末停車位緊張，但酒店的工作人員很熱心的幫我們找停車位，酒店有提供免費的下午茶和夜宵，但是我們到店比較晚沒有能用上，前台小櫻幫我們申請換成了兩份小童早餐，非常人性化，進到房間感覺不錯，有躺椅沙發和桌子，床品很好，床也是1.35的，房間還有一個小陽台，可以看見金沙灣的景觀，房間是智能小度語音控制，很智能，設施設備也很新，洗護用品齊全，配備有睡衣，還是不錯的一家酒店，推薦入住。

我非常滿意這家酒店，從入住到離店的整個過程都非常順利。前台帥哥小唐服務非常周到，辦理入住的時候看我們帶了個孩子自動給我們升級了房型，給了我們更多的空間，還隨便我們把行李送上樓，走的時候也有忙把行李送上了車。辦理入住送了暖的礦泉水真的很少有酒店.周邊吃喝玩樂還是蠻多的.餐廳的食物也非常美味，豐富.我真的很享受每一餐的用餐體驗。
房間非常乾淨和寬敞，床鋪也很舒適，讓我有一個好的睡眠。這家酒店的位置非常方便，交通十分便利，周圍有很多商店和餐館。總之,這是一家非常出色的酒店,我一定會再次入住，我非常滿意這家酒店，真的有種特別温暖的感覺,值得推薦。

1.趕路趕了一天晚上入住這種酒店竟然聽到酒吧隔壁蹦蹦的打碟聲音，怎麼想的？？一輩子都沒住過這種酒店，要不是太累了早下去投訴了！
2.第二天沒睡醒，早上樓道別的房客説話的聲音都能聽得到！這房間隔音絕對垃圾！
3.我想問一下300多塊將近400一晚的酒店，竟然連個車位都沒有！？？

酒店在金沙灣旁邊，衹需步行幾分鐘，非常方便！附近有萬象廣場和麗悦新天，算是湛江最繁華的地段。
房間很乾凈，設施齊全，電視很大，還配有洗衣液，好評。晚上睡覺有些潮，畢竟在海邊，沒法避免。
前台的工作人員服務熱情，特別是李經理和小雨幫忙解決了入住期間遇到的問題，非常感謝！
非常滿意的一次入住體驗，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

這家酒店地理 位置真的很不錯，剛進入大堂給我一種低調優雅的感覺。大堂雖然不是很大，但是佈局很温馨，還有一面書牆，進大堂迎面就是前台小姐姐小哥哥們熱情親切的打招呼，前台前還擺放着各種糖果，旁邊還有小零食和茶水，這點蠻不錯的，酒店房間設施設備齊全完善，還有智能馬桶，很方便，在次表揚一下前台小姐姐小雨，給我們升級了海景房，能夠及時為我們提供服務，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在這家酒店感受到了家的温馨，服務細緻入微。

房間面向紅嘴鷗碼頭，坐在窗前，窗外的風景很美。酒店很貼心，有下午茶，宵夜，孩子很開心。這裏離沙灘，金沙灣廣場不遠，散步也不錯，所以雖然是雨天，也玩得開心。服務員態度非常好，有事打電話馬上就解決了，超棒的！下次去我家也會首選這家店
