差評。有史以來第一次給差評，沒有停車場。前台服務差，房間外的風機很吵，問前台，説是9點半能停，然後又説10點，10點半，問能不能給個確切時間，説不能，問能不能出去乾澀下，説沒有權利，然後説我不住可以取消訂單，MD，大晚上的取消讓我睡大街嗎，我問可不可以換房間，回答説沒房了，看網上還有大床房，反正就是一副，我們就這樣，愛住不住。水壺爛的，燒不了水，正要找人，聽到隔壁的在投訴，路邊唱歌聲那是一個大。浴室水很小，而且沒有涼拖，雙床房衹有兩雙一次性拖鞋。去肇慶幾次了，這次太影響心情了。

房間有蟑螂。隔音窗太薄，很吵。座機用不了就不要放房間裏，並用提示語標註。
原本一百多的房間，這樣是能接受的。但我是五一幾倍價格來的，這樣就接受不了。
平時來性價比還是可以的。地理位置很好，樓下就是步行街和去七星湖的地下通道。
停車位緊張，不過停車管理員人很好，讓人消氣一大半。

房間落灰，讓換房不給，來打掃衞生態度也不好。定了兩天的房，打掃衞生的阿姨一直來敲門，説了不要服務還敲了四次門，最後一次直接刷卡進來。打電話給店長説第二天延遲退房到下午五點，結果一點五十五的時候又來敲門，説了讓阿姨自己去問店長，阿姨來一句那我不知道啊🤷♀️隔音也差，吹風機也是壞的，水也不熱，要不是一次定兩晚早退房了

還可以，離星湖國際廣場挺近的，旁邊就是電梯，不遠就是一個吃東西的小吃街，總體還行的，價格也還可以，打個4分吧

我想吐槽衞生間兩個問題，一是毛巾太糙了，洗完澡不敢大力擦，二是淋浴的開關建議換了吧，不知道怎麼調，一時冷一時熱
