交通很方便，從石家莊過來二十分鐘就到。基本上在正定中心位置，距離哪個景點都很近。有停車場，停車也很方便。旁邊就是常山公園，沒事可以去轉轉。推薦入住。

房間太小，沒有描述的大。床邊衹能通過一個人，衹有那麼寬。設施陳舊，地面牆面污損嚴重，中央空調聲音特別大，嗡嗡的。後院停車場衹能停小於十輛車。前台接電話接通了不説話，我“喂”了一下，結果還反問我“你説話呀”。難道不是接電話那邊等電話接通了先回應一聲嗎。服務態度極差。

酒店應該沒有暖氣，全靠空調，初二那天天氣挺熱的，入住陰面房間，衹有十幾度，然後浴巾上發現了臟東西。優點是有內部停車場，搬行李很方便。地理位置很好，就在中心街道，離隆興寺，榮國府，城牆都挺近，我們都是步行去的

服務態度很好，前天服務態度很好，保潔服務態度很好，非常滿意，就是房間太小了，衞浴間太小，房間開空調屋子暖和，衞生間不暖和，洗澡太冷。
出去吃完早餐回來屋裡冷。

酒店設施一般，房間還算舒適。離陽和樓不遠，步行很方便。酒店服務熱情，後院有一個小的私人停車場，大概可以容納10多輛車。酒店完全沒有餐食，早餐也是提前包裝完的份餐，較差，不建議。餐食方面有待提高，至少提高一下早餐供應，方便住客。
