For that price the hotel is quite good. I will tell you about pros and cons of this hotel.
Pros:
- amazing location in the center of the Zhengzhou, 15-20 minutes away from Zhengzhou railway station, 5 minutes away from subway station, lots of cafes and shops are located nearby.
- scenic view from the room and big bed for decent price.
Cons:
- There was no hot water due to broken boiler, air-conditioner costs 15 more yuan to use.
- Additionally, there was no hand soap, but i was provided with shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and 2 towels.
In general quality to price ratio is good, do not expect anything extraordinary from this hotel for that price.

I want to thank my self for choosing this hotel.
As my last nights in China, I am so thankful for the uncle to welcome me so warmly.
Staying in this hotel means staying in the heart of the city with amazing views from the room and plenty of food options and transportation at ground floor. Hope to come back

The location is very perfect, just outside the subway station of line 3 and line 1. The room is big and clean for this type of cheap hotel. The hotel eelcomes foreigners it is actually the cheapest hotel that I have stayed in China that accept foreigners

離鄭州站很近，非常方便，樓下就很多吃的逛的，裏面有空調有暖風有吹風機，出行也很方便，性價比真的很高的！

找不到扣分的理由，因為一分錢一分貨，70元的價格，能在省會城市中心，交通也便利，周邊吃、娛、購、遊都有，的確不能拿過高的標準要求。
這是一棟老建築，酒店經營也很長了，該提檔升級了。

超級無敵差，走到大廈就一個尿騷味整個樓都是老樓全是酒店，臟亂差，設施特別老，我定的房間我去了沒有了，給我換了個雙床房跟本不是一家酒店的，還特別臟，不升級就算了還降級6，臟亂差，廁所還有蟲子，洗手枱連熱水都沒有
