房間很差:
1.設施老舊，衞生間許多地方是生銹的，大量地方線路裸露，插座也是沒有保護有線路在外，門也是壞的，就用膠帶粘了一下，開關門總會卡住
2.空氣很差，進去就有很濃的黴味，空間也很小基本可以説是地下室
3.隔音基本沒有，隔壁開關的聲音都能聽的一清二楚
4.衞生打掃很不好，有很多蟲子在，而且牆面很臟有大量黃點

這個酒店離鄭州東站比較近，樓下有吃的地方。住宿也不貴，尤其是大床的陽光房，可以在酒店看大家上下班，我覺得酒店服務還滿意。

來旅遊，在火車站臨時改簽了第二天一早的火車，心思找個離着車站近的酒店第二天方便趕車。看到這家有親子房就訂了，距離還行，走路 10分鐘左右。但是！我預訂房間的時候圖片顯示有窗且沒有標註“無窗”可以看到他家無窗的房型是會標註出來的。因為孩子腹瀉發燒沒休息好，進了房間吃上葯就睡著了，我看着房間沒有窗户我先沒有找前台説這個事，想着讓孩子先睡一覺。等孩子睡醒了我打電話給前台，説這個就是不帶窗户的，而且沒有剩餘房間可以換了。你們可以不帶窗户，但是跟網上的圖片和描述不符是不是屬於虛假宣傳了？還有就是網絡信號差！手機也沒啥信號！説是靠近高鐵站有屏蔽，我不信火車站周邊所有酒店都沒信號，你自己的問題要積極整改，不能把所有的失誤都推到別人身上。還有酒店的內部設定……我也無力吐槽了，要不是親子房型不好訂的話我是真不能選這家，總之是體驗感最差勁的酒店

衞生很差，都不帶打掃，隔音更是不能説，差的一批，除非是圖個距離高鐵站近，不然建議選擇其他會更好。
插排面板都是掉落的。我也是醉了。
晚上睡覺，不知道是蚊子還是蟎蟲，癢的一晚上睡不着，空調製冷更差勁。能熱死。

位置還挺好找的，出站過個路口就到了，很方便下車時間晚的去暫時小憩一下，前台服務很好，辦理入住和退房都很方便。屋內設施簡單整齊，空調不乾燥，24小時熱水，位置明顯，是下車疲憊的人的優選。

位置距離地鐵站很近，走路幾分鐘就到了，服務態度好，有一點需要改進的就是我訂的房間裏面沒有單獨的空調，天花板上有個風洞吹下來的風比較小，要是有個電風扇就好了，其他的都挺好的…
