This is a super lousy, super bad hotel. The room was not cleaned up in the middle of the night, and we were asked to find a place to stay by ourselves. They also asked us to lie and said it was our own fault and that's why we were charged a check-out fee. It's so rude and ** in the extreme. As a service window industry, it's a disgrace to the entire city.
