The water drainage of Bath room is very poor. It floods everytime we showers.
The TV does not work.
We need to pay to watch local news. The breakfast offers very limited option.
Only consolation is the free laundry facilities. It uses old fashioned type bosch make dryer and washer. Located at 8th floor

Executive room is much more better than the discount room. Clean and nice. Just beside zhengzhou railway station. I missed the train due to estimated wrongly the time from hotel to the zhengzhou east. The metro station is not so near as mentioned. I carry the luggage walk around 30min to the metro station. I will suggest just take the car to the zhengzhou east if needed.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was very friendly and the check-in process was smooth and quick ! I even was upgraded 👍 All amenities were provided in the room. Price and service were excellent for this type of hotel. Nothing to complain about and my room was just renovated and so was the floor !

Not clean and room condition is old. Not look like what photo shows. But v close to train station. But after one night, i changed hotel.
