The water drainage of Bath room is very poor. It floods everytime we showers.
The TV does not work.
We need to pay to watch local news. The breakfast offers very limited option.
Only consolation is the free laundry facilities. It uses old fashioned type bosch make dryer and washer. Located at 8th floor

What you see is what you get. Generally friendly staff, conveniently located near railway station in the central part of Zhengzhou city.

Executive room is much more better than the discount room. Clean and nice. Just beside zhengzhou railway station. I missed the train due to estimated wrongly the time from hotel to the zhengzhou east. The metro station is not so near as mentioned. I carry the luggage walk around 30min to the metro station. I will suggest just take the car to the zhengzhou east if needed.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was very friendly and the check-in process was smooth and quick ! I even was upgraded 👍 All amenities were provided in the room. Price and service were excellent for this type of hotel. Nothing to complain about and my room was just renovated and so was the floor !

Not clean and room condition is old. Not look like what photo shows. But v close to train station. But after one night, i changed hotel.

酒店地理位置優越，毗鄰鄭州站和二七廣場，從鄭州站東北方向出站口出來，不用上地面，穿過地下通道就是酒店，而且退房時間是下午兩點，非常便利出行遊玩；工作人員服務態度很好，整體有很強的服務意識；旅遊旺季，價位不高，早餐相對豐富，總體而言不錯，性價比高。

房價貴，設施陳舊，衞生打掃不乾淨，馬桶和洗臉盆還有污漬，牆上有不知道啥污漬也不清理，與星級完全不匹配，唯一的優點就離火車站近。

不明白這個四鑽是怎麼來的，酒店前台也掛着四星，但説實話酒店很糟糕，基礎設施不完善，衞生也不好，餐廳服務生態度也不行。
【客房】
勉強算乾淨，但配套服務不好。洗髮水沐浴液都是很劣質的，香精味+使用後很澀。拖鞋是最薄的那種，很容易打滑，快捷酒店都比這個強（還是説鄭州市的四鑽標準就這樣？）。花灑水流小，即使壓力調到最大也不太行。窗外是火車站，會比較喧鬧。
為數不多的優點是打掃的服務生服務不錯，補充水、打掃都很及時。以及整體地理位置比較方便。
【餐廳】
早餐非常糟糕，搞不懂評價裏那些説早餐好的是怎麼想的。首先餐廳很小，食物種類也不多，離四鑽標準差太多了。
烤麪包機是壞的，鐵皮都掉下來了。果醬居然是瓶裝？？？大家共用一把餐刀抹來抹去。早餐説是中西餐，沒有黃油，基本沒有西餐種類。麥片桶裏兩個桶都是不新鮮的燕麥，很搞笑。
整個早餐唯一的葷食是炸雞米花，我八點到餐廳的時候就空了，半個小時後都沒有補菜（半小時裏補的唯二兩道菜是胡辣湯和炒方便麪）。太搞笑了，連炒包菜都沒了。煎蛋的服務生不問熟度直接上手煎，看起來也很困的樣子。
整個餐廳衹有兩個服務生在打掃（看起來是臨時工，累且不專業），收桌子非常慢，站了十幾分鍾才有位子。引導的前台阿姨看起來也很困……總之三天就吃了一次早餐，再也不去了，還不如去門口吃燴麪。
【其他】
酒店幾乎是沒有門僮服務，衹有個大叔坐在門口玩手機。消防設施陳舊，電梯關閉的時候“砰”的一下非常嚇人。
整個酒店的地毯都不乾淨，大廳的公共廁所也很臟，廁所可以和景區的媲美了。
酒店年頭比較老這不是藉口，服務差設備差餐食敷衍，要麼是你們沒跟上時代，要麼我衹能認為這是地域特色？
對了，回來之後就復陽了。
