The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. But the hotel is not a smoke free facility so constantly there is smell of smoke flew in our room thru the AC system.
The location of the hotel is really convenient, close to shopping mall and night market.

It is a nice clean room, though I was disappointed the heating didn't work reception informed, quite surprised for a 4* hotel.
