酒店比較老了，浴缸下水按鈕也不太好，我兒子泡澡好水沒辦法下去了，第二天早上刷牙，他放水漱口的時候，打碎一個漱口杯，我去退房的時候主動跟前台説了，前台跟我説這個杯子很貴的，要100多、現在理賠，前台還可以打個8折、要84，我網上搜了一下一樣的款式、最貴最貴一個是54。我想酒店集中採購肯定還要便宜，翻倍向顧客索賠了！我打碎東西理賠沒有問題，但是價錢收的太離譜！開開心心出來旅遊，走的時候，酒店體驗太差！

房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，環境好。工作人員熱情耐心，服務周到，薛凱悦小姐姐很貼心。來看演唱會的，距離體育館走路都不到5分鐘。夜裡回來酒店前廳還提供了味道很好的熱薑茶。早餐品種全，味道也好。唯一不太滿意的是自助晚餐，雖然品種很多，但是味道一般，而且炒菜區域的菜保温效果貌似不行，取回來就涼了。

先説不足：1、其實就是體育場裙樓改建，是體育場的一部分。2、窗户看上去有，其實一開窗簾就是體育場的側面，全被擋住了，什麼都看不到。3、新開業有些設施不完善、比如自助晚餐，有時會沒有。4、晚上廣場舞的音樂和體育場的LED燈有些影響人休息。優點：1、工作人員和積極認真。2、晚上附近轉轉還可以，去植物園和體育場內部都很方便。總之如果是按五星的酒店，這個衹能打七十分

4月26日下午六點多入住，户外温度31度，房間竟然沒有空調製冷。和前台聯繫先説製冷與市政什麼聯網目前無法開啟。之後前台來了個女士又解釋空調正在維護。我想請問一下哪個酒店在連續三天三十度的天氣還能不開製冷？！衹有通風？不要拿這些一聽就是託辭的話來推脱，不就是為了省錢不考慮客人的感受？當天酒店房間是除了總統套房和大套房外全部住滿的。房間內温度穩定保持在27.5度到28.5度之間，又悶又熱孩子到半夜快一點都睡不着。這個酒店根本沒有服務意識，不顧客人的感受。在我投訴前台後，要求經理和我溝通。直到退房也未見到任何人聯繫解決。那個假模假式的寫歡迎信的經理可能衹出現在紙上。這種無視客户需求的酒店不建議大家入住。體驗感實在太差。
