在攜程鉑金會員這麼久第一次給差評。首先，下午2點多退房，按金到快6點退還，中間打了兩次電話也見加快，大概好差酒店的區別也就在這些細節吧。第二，作為電競酒店沒有冰箱，沒有零食，確實有待改進吧。第三，房間沒有熱水當天，洗臉刷牙可以，洗澡完全沒辦法，雖然前台小哥人很好，説延遲一小時，倒是連熱水都沒有，是否應該提前告知一下呢，哪怕打個小折也可以，可是完全沒人提前通知。最後想説一下，本來這些都不想發的，但是最後的按金問題實在是讓人難以接受，住了這麼多酒店沒有超過本小時退的，但是請問催了還要被説遲早退還，難道是顧客的問題嗎。

酒店非常乾淨交通便利樓下有各種小吃和娛樂場所而且我們當時來得早還可以提前入住酒店服務非常熱情電腦設備也很好運行非常快什麼遊戲都能玩最主要真的房間乾淨整潔還有洗衣室非常推薦

屋內煙味太重，鏡子旁邊還有上一個租客的假睫毛，鼠標鍵盤上煙灰多，沒有窗户，味道散不出去，燈光太暗，保潔打掃後物品丟失（雖然不值錢，但是也是丟了），反饋酒店後，酒店處理未找到後，沒有任何作為。讓人非常不舒服，體驗感極差，電腦外設檔次較低，耳機非常不好使，雜音重。
