房間很大，是河南飯店裡的“新樓”，裝修較新。
早餐菜品還行，免費給孩子送了餐券真的很貼心。
服務真是無可挑剔，周到細緻，贊贊贊，以後有機會去鄭州還住這裏👍

這家酒店地理位置十分優越，500米內有人民公園和紫荊山公園，雖然是市中心位置但鬧中取靜，睡覺一點都不吵。旁邊還有好幾家特色豫菜館，比如穀雨春，性價比高。貴賓樓據説是之前的政府招待所重新裝修的，風格古色古香，大堂非常漂亮，前台小姐姐態度很好，酒店暑期特別針對親子游的朋友推出了國風投壺小遊戲，還有漢服粧造，非遺剪紙等，特別點讚我的專屬管家王華女士，一直貼心熱情的服務，從入住給孩子送的驚喜小禮物，還有看見我們洗衣很多貼心的送上曬衣架，給我們介紹周邊美食和遊玩的地方，真的是很認真負責。雖然這次鄭州作為中轉站衹住了兩夜，但下次來還會選擇這裏。奶奶也説房間的床品比有些五星級酒店都舒服。

工作人員都很熱情，裝修很新，交通也方便。第一天帶了兩個小孩去吃早餐，工作人員上來就是:超員了要補票，我説我住的親子房，親子房難道不包含小孩嗎？設定這種房型就應該考慮是家庭出遊，不是補不起那個錢，是心理覺得不舒服。最後沒收錢，但是我們看了一下也沒怎麼吃，早餐稍顯簡單了。第二天因為走的早，酒店準備了帶走的實物，反而覺得還不錯，至少心裏是暖暖的。其實一個酒店用沒用心客人是能感覺出來的，希望酒店能把細節做好就更完美了！下次來鄭州我應該還會選擇入住。

我定的家庭房想着空間大，酒店給升級了親子房，有個單人床的小套間，一個大人帶一個小小孩也可以睡得，哪吒主題是孩子喜歡的，酒店的服務那也是一流的，入住之前管家侯靜雯就加了我微信，告知我酒店位置，當地温度，真是能想到的都想到了，能做到的都做到了，因為帶了小小孩和長者，早上用餐來不及，直接送到了房間，而且一點不敷衍。唯一不好的一點就是在電梯旁邊，第一晚上因為去的晚加上沒住滿吧，沒覺得吵，第二天從下午回去一直到第二天早上，電梯太吵了，淡季應該沒啥，旺季就不要考慮電梯旁邊的房間了。希望下次體驗能更好。

每次來河南都要來這裏入住，從迎賓、前台、餐廳再到客房的每一位工作人員的服務態度都一如既往地好，經理們的素質也特別高，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺；房間衞生打掃得非常乾淨，晚上九點多鐘了還幫我們加了床被子，很感謝；洗手間是智能馬桶，大床睡得也特別香。餐廳的經理很親切，服務人員也很熱情，飯菜乾凈衞生、美味可口。尤其要重點感謝我的管家王華，不僅態度好，還不嫌麻煩，對於我們的需求都儘量滿足。其實第一次入住時就對她印象特別好，記憶特別深，家裡長者都特別滿意，一直誇讚。感覺是住過的酒店裡最好的一個，再次感謝每一位工作人員，讓身在異鄉的我們感覺非常温暖。

酒店一進大堂就給人一種十分舒適的感覺，辦理完入住手續以後身着漢服的服務員小姐姐把我們送到房間介紹了酒店的特色、附近的美食，還介紹了店裡的非遺展覽，隨後水果就送過來了。更要着重表揚一下客房服務員武艷景服務非常周到、熱心，這次的河南之旅是一次非常非常滿意的體驗，就沖這些服務，下次還來。
