酒店的位置好找，就在大道的邊上，酒店有免費的停車場，停車場不是很大，停車方便，前台的服務態度特別好，很熱情，酒店的整體環境不錯，挺乾淨的，衞生做的也比較好，早餐品種不多，比較簡單，酒店總體是非常有性價比的。

鎮江歷史悠久，人文厚重，景色旖旎，水秀山明。三山一渡（金山、焦山、北固山、西津渡），形勝甲秀東南，風光聚尖吳楚，更兼歷代文人墨客、朝廷大臣、地方官吏題過、詠過、贊過、喜歡過、驚訝過，實乃江山如畫，情景交融。
鎮江、京口、潤州，多麼好聽的名字啊！鍋蓋麪、特色餚肉、東鄉羊肉、蟹黃湯包、延陵鴨餃、清蒸鰣魚，甚是好吃，堪稱美味，外地來人也非常習慣。
柏宜酒店，衞生乾淨整潔，床鋪睡着舒服，房間一應用具齊全。服務員態度良好，積極熱情，待人春風滿面，讓客人感覺賓至如歸。我特別要給工作人員孫紅桂、劉紅雲點個贊！期待着下次再來鎮江遊玩，再入住柏宜酒店。柏宜，加油！

酒店位置很好 離朱方路公交站很近 去金山寺 西津渡也蠻近
房間打掃得很乾凈 前台服務熱情 主動幫忙升級了房間 早餐種類也挺豐富的 還有特色麪條

位置超好，去金山及西津渡古街都不遠，隔壁就是市場，吃的也方便。
衞生及設施還行。
每位工作人員都熱情周到，特別要感謝的是小孫，非常貼心，得知我們要晚點飛機，主動給我們申請特別延遲退房，讓我們能在酒店舒舒服服多待點時間等順風車到來。

應該説酒店的服務很滿意，並不升級了房間和送了一天的早餐，而是提前考慮，沒有作做。酒店的設施等硬件是無法改變的，可是在陳舊的是硬件中保持乾淨是有難度的，酒店幾乎做到了。

來鎮江看蘇超，住一晚順便第二天玩一下三山一渡，所以訂了這家酒店，離火車站和景點都比較近
衞生：比較乾淨，整體還可以。就是晚上睡覺的時候躺在床上聞到一股怪怪的味道，不知道是從哪傳出來的，像是下水道反水的味道，但衞生間反而沒有味道。
環境：靠近馬路，有一點聲音，可以接受，早上出門很有煙火氣。
服務：前台辦入住時劉姐主動升級了1.8米大床房，還贈送了早餐，服務很好，點個贊。
其他：早餐種類不多，吃了下鍋蓋麪，簡單吃吃還可以。
