Our stay at the Crowne Plaza was so pleasant. From the time we entered to our departure, the staff were phenomenal. We ordered room service and the burgers were delicious. Breakfast was equally good, they catered to my special needs and even went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied. The location was also ideal as a little bit further down was the old town filled with restaurants. Our evenings were spent walking along the picturesque river. I prefer the Crowne Plaza hotel and will definitely go back on my next trip. T

訂的是高級大床房，入住升級了房間，成了套房，很開心。房間和衞生間都很大，雖然不是江景房，但還是可以看到一點金山湖的。出行很便捷，離北固山很近，沿着湖邊走走就到了。早餐很豐盛，各種小吃還有鍋蓋麪。非常好的一次入住體驗。

去年就想到鎮江來玩，今年年初終於成行。鎮江的美，超乎驚艷，而這次入住鎮江兆和皇冠假日酒店，應該是給本次行程增加了完美的印象。地點和高鐵站就10分鐘左右的車程，入住順暢，得知是會員後，還送了會員飲品券。大堂大氣整潔，前台小姑娘熱情，江景房正對着江面，雖然天氣有點霧霾，但是晴朗還是看得清對面的湖心島和江邊的風景。酒店和北固山很近，步行可達，和西津渡以及金山寺，步行有點遠，但是公交車分別就2站（3站）和5站，非常方便（鎮江公交1元）。打車到西津渡8塊左右，打車到焦山12塊左右。非常感謝酒店的客服經理湯淦經理，在我們諮詢問題的時候，非常熱情，不僅迅速幫助解決，而且還贈送了鎮江的香醋小禮盒和水果，讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的感覺，到底是皇冠的服務，皇冠的品質。酒店早餐非常豐盛，行政酒廊23樓景觀好，安靜適合慢慢欣賞江景。整體感受非常好，如下次有機會還會選擇入住兆和皇冠假日酒店。

酒店地理位置很不錯，三山一渡打車都在10元左右，很近。大門出去過馬路就是長江，有親水平台可以散步，可以沿江邊一直走到北固山，十幾分鐘左右。房間做了升級，很大，設施齊全，就是洗澡水有點小。早餐也不錯，該有的都有，10點過去還有很多吃的。
