地理位置不錯，沒有停車場，自駕要停到附近100米左右的對外停車場。訂好民宿後，可以加老闆微信，發定位。
美女老闆很熱情。蠟家客棧在織金有幾個店，老闆説都是她們姐們弄的，租本地人的房子，然後做民宿。所以，訂之前看好是哪個店。
民宿有洗衣機，看着很乾凈，沒用。晾衣服的平台，沒怎麼管理，顯得好臟，但是晾衣服沒問題，衣架不夠找老闆要幾個。
廁所裏的香薰太香了，香過頭了，每次進洗手間都聞着好暈。。。建議更換淡點的。
有的房間有電視，有的沒有，有點奇怪呃。
有點四合院結構，偶爾遇到幾個熊孩子打鬧，就會顯得很吵。整體還是比較安靜。

因為頭一天入住了織金大峽谷旁邊的蠟家，看到城裡的是一起，趕緊訂了。前台的小姑娘非常熱情，可能是老闆吧！沒有多問。可是進入房間，大失所望！與織金洞邊的差太遠了。窗不隔音，沒有玻璃杯和茶杯，是一次性紙杯！老公鬱悶極了！房間是地板，看似不知道多久年代的了。晚上下面有人説話，一點都不隔音！喜歡清凈的慎重！！樓上有洗衣機，晾衣服的地方太臟亂差！唉！這次訂的地方失敗了

房間位置靠交通幹道，晚上很吵，對於我這種睡眠質量不好的人來説太煎熬了，晚上輾轉反側，反反覆覆睡不着，太難了。

老闆很好，温柔美麗熱情大方，服務很好，有配送一次性毛巾，所以服務給了滿分。但是房間硬件條件是真的差強人意，第一，窗户對着大街，很不隔音，窗簾也遮擋這邊擋不住那邊，一晚上睡不好，天亮就有光照進來晚上外面的燈牌也影響睡眠；第二，衞生間返臭，坐在床上一家人都覺得臭的不行，哭笑不得；第三，床很硬，像北方睡炕那種睡的腰痠背痛，適合小青年長身體那種去鍛鍊；最後就是帶行李多的比較痛苦，爬四樓樓梯太鍛鍊身體了！

這個房間簡直沒有打掃，裏面的垃圾都沒有換過，牙刷都是前面的人用過，也沒收，毛巾也沒整理，我懷疑阿姨就沒打掃，簡直可怕

客棧在織金縣主要幹道邊上 夜間大車很多 隔音效果不太好 比較影響休息 客棧沒有電梯 上下樓不太方便 衞生間沒有坐便器 對腿腳不利索的人是個問題 客棧主人服務很好 主動幫長者提行李 客棧沒有自己的停車位 也是主動帶路找周邊的停車場並付款了費用。客棧不提供餐食 但周邊用餐很方便且價格實惠。

房間還算乾淨，適合情侶遊玩居住，樓下比較繁華，適合逛吃逛吃，離織金洞很近，適合出遊住宿，推薦住這家，停車也還挺方便，廁所是蹲便，介意的自己考慮，淋浴設施需要修繕。
