The room was very spacious, fully equipped with children's supplies, and very clean. There was a Ferris wheel outside the window, but it was a pity that we didn't see the night view of the Ferris wheel due to the weather. The sound insulation effect of the glass windows in the room is very good. You can only hear the broadcast from the park when you open the window. The breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant is complete and delicious, and the environment is clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to Haichang, so it is very convenient to visit. The service is also very considerate, and the enthusiastic young lady Jingjing greets me at the door. A very pleasant excursion.

The price increase during the Spring Festival is understandable, but there is no place to park, and it has to be parked far away. The room hygiene is very poor. The bathrobes used by previous residents have not been replaced (because the sleeves look like they have been used and rolled up). The hair dryer has also been used before. The user has used blow-dried hair, the breakfast bread cannot be bitten, almost all are semi-finished products made by himself, the room also smells, the neck is itchy and uncomfortable after sleeping all night, and the experience is very poor.

I lost my charger in the room. I called and asked to look for it, but there was no reply. I couldn’t find it and didn’t even reply.

小童節帶孩子去海昌海洋公園玩，住這裏非常方便，入住期間可以不限次數直接從酒店花園出入園區，酒店迎賓和前台很熱情很禮貌，幫忙拿行李介紹酒店功能區，前台小姐姐晶晶業務熟練，熱情好客，房間設施齊全乾凈衞生，對本次入住非常滿意。

很少寫點評，感覺國內的酒店很少有讓我願意主動寫點評的，去過銀基很多次，海昌是第一次來，從酒店到園區的服務態度都很少，比銀基好很多 遠遠的見到我們有意向要開口，都會主動走過來問我們有什麼需求 前台的服務態度也很好，順利按照訂單升級了房間，提前辦理了入住，還延遲了退房時間 辦理完入住以後，禮賓小哥哥會指引你到電梯，還會主動介紹園區的入園時間及規則 重點説一下所有員工見到客人的歡迎方式，都是雙手打招呼的方式，這個和我去年在安吉的hello kitty樂園是一樣的，感覺很親切

家庭親子首選，服務人員態度非常好，酒店環境優雅，離園區衹隔一個門，房間有問題服務人員及時給更換了房間，還增加了空氣凈化器，晚餐自助豐富，海鮮乾淨衞生，打開窗户就能看到園區夜景，全五星好評

帶孩子來玩的，一進大門就有不同的打招呼方式，前台人員很貼心，服務很好，很有耐心的講解，小朋友們玩兒的很開心，前台夢華小姐姐服務很👍，楊夢主管細心的講解用餐和遊玩項目，很好，下次再來

離衹有河南很近，打車十分鐘，而且還可以去海洋公園參觀，在這邊過週末非常合適。 設施： 基本該有的都有，小童用品很齊全，床也挺舒服的。有個缺點，床頭閲讀燈是筒燈，非常刺眼。冰箱不製冷。 服務：客房送物很快。

前台的工作人員熱情專業，房間非常乾淨温馨，主打親子，準備了小童洗漱用品，和小童睡袍，有室外花園，有室內外小童遊玩設施，早上還可以從酒店快速進入海昌。
