Facilities are good. We booked the family theme rooms which was very nice with a fun slide. The playroom was also very empty and spacious for kids to play. I would more lighting as some of the play area is lacking lights in the playroom. One thing I was not too happy about was my check-in experience. Not only was she very inexperienced, but also seems a little bit impolite. The staff at breakfast restaurants were ok though.

Our room was perfect. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge.
The onsen facilities are amazing. I will definitely come back again.
