設施完善但也老舊，牆體脱落並且開始發黴了，衞生打理不行，床單也有臟東西沒有清理乾淨，浴用毛巾有灰塵，隔音很差，交通算是便利，附近是星寶商業區，吃喝玩樂都比較齊全。
