在網上訂的標準間，由於我會員等級高，所以價格比較低，大約凌晨1點左右到店後工作人員也挺有禮貌，當時説沒收到訂單訊息，後面刷新了幾次就可以了，前台立即給我開了房間，還沒有給我房卡，旁邊有個男的問前台多少錢，前台説了價格，那個男的當時就説沒有那種標準間，前台説房間都開了，他説那種放間沒了，前台説房都開了怎麼辦，那個男的對我説那你加50吧，給你豪華間，我看到坐地起價就想退房，他説開了房退不了，最後沒辦法結果討價還價，我就加了30塊。去到房間一看，我覺得如果是豪華間這房間也太差了吧，我住的是336號房。這也就算了，我大約10點退房，想開個發票，前台説開發票要老闆開，讓我加了老闆微信，結果老闆告訴我開票要十個點費用。我衹能找攜程去解決問題，結果攜程在瞭解了經過後對我表達了歉意，並且説要補償我6元錢，我覺得問題解決了，錢就不要補償了。
