1⃣️明明選的帶投影儀的簡約風的房間，結果給了另外一個裝修風格的，當時特意挑了一個喜歡的風格（當時的價格比店家實際給的房型貴了幾十塊錢）詢問店家説：房型一樣的，價格隨機調。房型一樣的，為什麼當時價格標的不一樣，欺騙消費者嗎？白花了冤枉錢2⃣️要取白卡才能坐電梯，凌晨趕到住的地方，結果按店家給的操作指引裏面根本沒有白卡，半夜去找消防電梯……

一次非常糟糕的住宿體驗，是我目前住過最最最差的酒店，廁所一堆毛髮，房間地面是黏糊糊的，污漬滿地，床墊是塌的，中間完全凹下去，肉眼都可以看到床墊的彈簧，吹風機上滿是油漬，酒店櫥櫃上全是雜物，房間裏面還放着三張塑料矮凳子，被套拉鍊是壞的，拉不上，唯一比較好的是客服服務態度，房間原先沒有放瓶裝水，跟她溝通後能及時處理，但是衞生環境真的無敵差！！事後跟客服反饋房間衞生情況，給了5.2元紅包打發，一百多的房價這種衞生情況，實在超級無敵差！
