前台服務態度特別好，房間內衞生環境較好，達不到特別乾淨，但對得起這個價錢，在景區裏住宿個人認為這個價格很便宜了，賓館周圍環境優美，唯一缺點就是不適合帶太多行李，這次正好趕上下大雨，賓館到乘船處大概五分鐘路程，景區和賓館並沒有特殊情況安排觀光車接送服務，也沒有出借雨傘服務，這一點略微缺失，整體好評，還會再來，孩子們長者們都很開心

十一期間住的酒店，比想象的要好，環境好，乾淨，前台服務員很熱情，把早上剛剛出鍋的板栗送給了我們一袋，純天然綠色食品，好吃。作為休閑遊，景區內住一晚還是值得的。

景區裏面的，需要買了門票才能入住。規矩的老牌賓館風格，整體還可以吧，就是一次性拖鞋是我見過的最差的級別。地點極佳，可以錯峯遊覽，玩累了直接回房間休息。沒有餐食，旁邊有個餐廳，吃得飽。

位置不用説進來景區過了河就是很方便服務態度蠻好。尤其是景區入口接待處的姐姐，在北方這水平的服務態度屈指可數👍🏻但是設備太老舊……錄身份證需要手動操作，手寫記錄訊息我人生第一次見！電腦估計是已經淘汰掉的，還有拍身份證照片的攝像頭，讓我開了眼界……回到90年代的感覺！沒有電梯，好在最多三層走着也🉑不過有腿腳不方便的長者就有點麻煩了~建議裝個室外的，也不貴房間的衞生我很滿意！出來住乾淨整潔最重要嘛整體很滿意，下次還會考慮住這裏
