We booked a big bed room tent in advance on July 12, 219 for one room, and we booked two rooms for 438 yuan. (figure 1) Then I came to check in after one o'clock in the afternoon on August 5th, but the store said it was too hot at that time, and asked us to check in at 3-4 o'clock, so we walked around and checked in around 3 o'clock, and he took us to Twin room, we put all our luggage and made the bed. (I read the reviews in advance and knew that the beds in the campsite were not very clean, so I brought my own disposable sheets) Then I went out to play. (The tent is not locked, and the fence next to it is only blocked by some useless railings, so the whole environment is not very safe) (Pictures 2 and 3 when I checked in at the beginning) I received a call from the store at about five o'clock, saying that he had taken the wrong room, and asked us to go back and pack our luggage and move away to another tent (the normal understanding is to change from a double bed to a big bed, that is, the tent we ordered at the beginning) But we had walked a long way, and we didn't really want to go back halfway, so we told him to leave our luggage at the bar, and when we went back, the matter would come to an end here. (His so-called free luggage storage is only outside the bar, not even inside the bar) Then we go back at 21:30 and let us into this room. (Figure 4, 5) There was no bed, no quilt, no light, just a tent. And you have to take it to the bar to charge. The sofa in the photo was put in temporarily by the store after we arrived. This is completely inconsistent with the double bed room we booked. At the beginning, the shopkeeper explained to us that our order from Ctrip conflicted with **’s order, and **’s bid was higher, so we took our things out of the tent that had already been set up and gave the room to **’s party. The user who placed the order. We have no objection to this point. After all, we booked a double bed room, but the arrangement we got later did not match the room we booked at all, and there was a huge difference. He also explained to us that due to the typhoon a week ago, the typhoon damaged the tent in the double bed room, and only received news today that the inside of the tent was moldy. And said that two bottles of mineral water can be given as compensation, maybe because of our great opinions, it was later changed to wine compensation (the amount was not specified in detail, in fact, there was no compensation until we left). Originally, we had accepted the arrangement and planned to spend the night in this kennel-like place. But suddenly another store in charge came out and said that it would not be able to accept this, or that it would not refund, anyway, there are no rooms or boats on the island now. What he said in his mouth is that it doesn't matter if we complain to the 12315 Consumers Association or what. We questioned why the room was improvised and the response was that our order was forgotten. It is clear that we have no choice now, either obey the arrangement or live on the streets. We have never encountered this kind of thing in travel before, and we don’t know how to protect our rights. The store has no spirit of contract. In theory, he arranged a dog at will under the circumstances at that time, and we had no choice. After going through a lot of arguments, the shopkeeper said that he could help us find a B&B, let us live in a tent temporarily, and let us live in a B&B after we found a B&B. At 11:00 p.m., we set up our tents. Nearly twelve o’clock, the store told us that we had found a homestay, but we were tired and paralyzed, and we didn’t want to move. So I still refused to stay in a B&B. I didn’t want to visit the B&B either (I asked him about the environment of the B&B but he hesitated and didn’t say anything) The experience of the tent is very bad. The zipper door is transparent. Even if the door is not closed (it was not opened all night), there is no wind in the tent. The whole time is in the sauna, and there are many mosquito bites. If we hadn't brought a disposable four-piece suit in advance, it would have been the same as sleeping on the sand. The toilets provided had no lights and were in a dirty and messy environment. Even the toilets at the service center were much cleaner than his. In short, we spent the night like refugees, and we didn't feel a single apology from the store the whole time. (ps: Drinks are cheaper anywhere than in this store) It was too late because I was too tired that day. And I didn’t want to ruin my travel arrangements for the next day, so I didn’t call the police or call 12315. At present, the final solution is to refund the full amount and lend us a simple tent for one night. We will follow up with the complaints and platform communication to see if there is another explanation. (As of 10:30 pm on August 6, 2023, Ctrip orders have not been refunded. At 4:30 pm on August 7, 2023, the merchant still had no reply or intention to refund, so he contacted Ctrip customer service and received a full refund. )

The most uncomfortable thing is that the tent is moldy and unbearable. Even on May Day, I don’t think it’s worth the price. The light they were given was also very dim, so I asked them for another light. It feels good to see some people bring their own tents

Everything is good, except that the bathing place is a bit crude, the water pressure of the shower head is too high, and it is easy to spray all over the face. The disposable daily necessities provided are only a toothbrush, and you can put a few more pairs of slippers and compressed towels.
