房間隔音不太好但是很乾凈，出門就是美食街，各種小吃零食火鍋店，晚上還有清吧，價格都很實惠，離學校非常近，很方便！

非常好，雖然在一樓，但是不吵，阿姨特別熱情，房間很新，被褥，衞生都很乾凈，廁所也是，沒有任何異味。當初還怕特惠房不怎麼好，結果很驚喜，為了考試去的，體驗感很棒。

因為是特價房，所以在一樓。一樓蚊子挺多的，但是阿姨特別的熱情温柔，看房裡的電蚊香液快沒了，多給我拿了一瓶，讓我快沒有了的時候記得換掉。位置也很好找，房間裏的窗簾遮光效果特別好，比之前住過的幾家感覺都要好一點，早上不會被huang亮醒。被子有點薄，但是開着空調也沒所謂的。有飲水機，24小時熱水。入住感覺挺好的。
