One of the best spots we’ve recently discovered! Will definitely be back and this time with a group. Service, safety and convenience- ticks all boxes. Must visit.

It's a nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and always available on Wechat. The hotel offers everything you need, including a spa, an outdoor pool, and hot springs. There is a buffet breakfast and dinner. The main disadvantages for foreigners is the condition of the beach, which is very dirty with trash everywhere, and the buoys are too close for swimming. I don't know if I want to come back here for the sea, but I probably don't.

This resort boasts a fantastic location with stunning views, and the private beach is a definite highlight. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which added to our relaxation. Food quality was also a positive—delicious and satisfying. However, the service was just average, and some facilities felt outdated and in need of renovation. While the overall experience was pleasant, upgrading the amenities and improving service would make it truly exceptional.

For my wife’s birthday and the hotel room is kinda bad for the price. I pay over 1000 per night and the funniest thing were we paid extra for the own private tub outside of our room but the hotel main spa aren’t included our rate and all the lower rate rooms are all inclusive 😅 the so called private tub is NOT private and u can hear the public spa people talk and fun. Most of all the second floor to fifth floors guests are all looking at ur PRIVATE tub and since the hotel receives lot of travel tourists and services between the Main Street and the hotel travel were as bad as u can get. Either u seated there 30 mins to waiting their car full to drive back to hotel or u have to fight ur way into the stupid bus ! What the heck! Very very poor management! and of coz the food in the hotel were bad and don’t try the Thai food pls …. The seafoods in the Main Street are expensive and taste so so but the locals are all helpful and friendly. Scenic walks are good exercise, overall the hotel is disappointing but the staffs are mostly friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely stay here with my family. The concierge was very helpful with little requests that made our stay very comfortable. The hotel has access to a nice beach, that they work hard to keep clean of rubbish, but the lifeguards are a bit overzealous and aggressive with stopping people from swimming in water past knee deep without a floatation aide.

Perfect for families, shuttle bus is excellent service , we had a garden terrace room with pool, Spa is amazing and well worth purchasing however it should be advertised more in terms iof value at ime of booking . It was a welcome treat on the last night. Staff are fantastic the hotel is wonderful.

While waiting for our room, we walked on the beach and explored. The person who checked us in said they would call me when the room was ready but by 5:30 I still didn't receive a call and went back to the front desk. For some reason, they had missed our file in the stack of papers and didn't call. They did make amends but we weren't happy that we didn't get to settle into our room until 6pm. 设施：The facilities are nice, especially the heated pools in the evening. The hotel's location is convenient. The beach is just beside it and there is an uphill path that leads to a triangular glass building (can be rented for weddings) that is the ideal spot for catching the sunset and further up to the pagoda that is the best location to catch the sunrise. It was cloudy that morning but we did capture some moody shots when the sun peaked out. Breakfast options were plentiful but I was smitten with their unsweetened yogurt station. 卫生：The room was very clean and comfortable.

The room is very nice. And I have ever never seen the beautiful island in Egypt like Dong'ao island. Here I specially appreciate the reception 小吴, she is very hospitality and provide lots of useful and helpful service. In particular the 8:30 p.m band. I really enjoy it.

Can improve , but still not a bad experience Pros: Nice beach, nice outdoor swimming pool, spa very unique salt sauna, Cons: Food in western bar need to improve, can have better food quality, old and need some maintenance, staff does not speak English but they try hard to communicate with apps to make memorable stay; the outdoor restaurants pizza is not real pizza but like a chinese pizza version To consider: to go there you need to take a ferry from Zhuhai , 1 hour ride , 100 yuan per person one way

Nice hotel in the beautiful Dong'Ao island. Good service, polite staff. Gree Dong'Ao hotel have bus who goes by schedule to the main port, where you can find nice restaurant with fresh seafood

Our second stay here, nice, clean and well located hotel, very friendly staff 😊
