房間很乾凈 設備新
就是當晚洗澡熱水不熱 有點冷
入住當天同樓住了很吵的人
打電話到櫃枱也馬上處理了 服務態度很好
下次夏天來 才不會太冷

誤打誤撞提前預訂了全季酒店珠海拱北口岸店，來到珠海才得知拱北是珠海的主要城區，最為繁華熱鬧，而酒店的位置非常優越，距離高鐵站僅10分鐘步行，周圍餐館林立，有幸品嚐了當地特色美食。
設施：跟其他全季酒店相似
衞生：乾淨整潔
服務：服務員熱情友好

床單和枕頭一股腳臭味，廁所有異味像是尿騷味…跟前台反應一點歉意都沒有，反正衹住一天無所謂了 我在深圳也住過全季體驗感完全不一樣……

住了兩晚，第二晚回來發現茶壺沒有清理，茶葉也沒有補充，更離譜的是洗澡的時候擠沐浴露發現沐浴露也沒有補充。這兩點忍忍就算了，接下來才是最離譜的。
週五晚上開車抵達，發現酒店所在的停車場滿了，就問了下前台怎麼辦，得到的回答是：可以停到銀行那邊。之後我便把車停到隔壁工行的停車場。結果週日退房時才告知停隔壁的停車場是不能免停車費的，就這樣停了兩天要多給兩百大洋的停車費。
還有就是餐廳天花居然在漏水，不敢想象這是去年才開業的酒店。

定了兩天303一碗不含早餐，住進去那晚看290多點還含早餐，太掉價了，然後酒店隔音也不好外面車開過的聲音都能聽到，最後一天走的時候説讓幫我們弄停車費，結果開過去打了幾次電話都沒人接，説幫我們開停車場門到我們開車在外面等開門也就一兩分鐘，一直打電話讓前台給我們開門沒人接，害得我被外面想進來的車主罵，過去找他們也沒人在！態度太差！這是什麼服務？説好的給我們開門，人卻不見了把我們晾在停車桿上？

環境：隔音效果很一般，都能聽到走道人講話，窗外都是空調主機。房間很小，400多才20多平米，性價比實在太低。
衞生：仔細看的話衞生間門上全是水漬，感覺衞生沒有弄的很徹底。
設施：浴室的花灑真是絕了，噴水都不能好好噴。
服務：停車場和另一個飯店的停車場靠一起，沒有明顯區分。入住的時候不知道，以為通用的，還和前台説了我停那個位置可以免費停車吧，前台説可以。第二天拿停車票換了個人，又説不是一家不能免費停車，搞得自己還要自費停車。
總結一下就是，性價比太低，這個價格有很多可以選擇。

衞生比較差勁，是我住過的全季裏面最不乾淨的了，枕頭兩個還都是一樣的，都非常的高所以喜歡矮一點枕頭的旅客很不友好
