The front desk and concierge service were great, and they even offered a pick-up and drop-off service. Plus, breakfast was included, and the room had a mini-fridge which was handy. The robot delivery service was a fun touch and very polite too! So happy! 🥳

The front desk staff were really helpful. They even upgraded us to a castle room yesterday when we checked in, which we loved – it was beautiful! The room had a bathtub and a fridge, and we could even use the robot service to deliver things. We had a really pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommend! 🤭

The room was adorable and perfectly suited my child's taste; out of all the accommodations, my child specifically picked this one. The staff were friendly, and the room was kept very clean. Because it's a split-level room, the soundproofing upstairs was also pretty good.

Everything about our stay was great. My child really loved the room layout, and the soundproofing was excellent. The complimentary breakfast wasn't pre-made, which was a nice touch. When we were leaving the hotel, we hadn't booked a car in advance and couldn't get a taxi. 'Feiyu,' one of the front desk staff, went above and beyond by paying for a taxi for my daughter and me out of her own pocket. We were incredibly touched by this act of kindness, especially since we weren't the only ones having trouble getting a cab. I really want to commend this level of service!

The service was exceptional, very warm and welcoming, truly making us feel at home. The room had bouncy balls, a slide, and a swing – it was like a dream world for kids! The transfer service and breakfast were both excellent. I'm definitely going to recommend this to my friends!
