房間剛換的新設施，挺乾淨，環境也很好的。離古商城比較近適合旅遊。靠着市場也近吃早餐買東西非常方便👍

位置離古鎮很近步行就可以，老闆很熱情服務滿分，訂的親子房，房間很大。但是設施真有問題：電視是很多年的大頭電視還不能用，熱水器不出熱水，浴巾不提供，拖鞋有兩雙沒有小童拖鞋沒有一次性拖鞋，牙膏套裝是給打電話才送過來的，房間沒有電話，房間隔音是真不好路上有車經過聽非常清楚，衞生間返味明顯，總之體驗不太好，有點影響旅行心情

很影響我對淄博的印象
最近淄博燒烤突然爆火，網上也説物價沒有上漲，實際上並不是這樣的，燒烤可能是略漲或者持平，但房價真的是起飛上天了，同樣的價格在濟南可以住一間裝飾很不錯很新空間很足服務很到位的房子，在淄博可能衹是個個體户。
我並不是説個體户不好，衹是個體户的裝修和定價參差不齊，對定價容易進行盲目跟風，很少考慮口碑等長期附加價值，同時監管部門對個體户的監視管理難度較大，因其情況複雜各有不同，恰巧淄博市目前正處在經濟結構轉型階段，所以現在問題率可能較大。
希望淄博市政府加強市場監管措施，也希望大家在看到這條評論後可以根據自身的情況合理規劃出行與旅遊安排！
