一個字差，兩個字很差，三個字非常差，我還沒入住，訂單狀態顯示已經入住，我去到那，打電話給房主，説已經有人入住了，我問什麼原因，回答是沒有核對客人訊息，錯開房間給其他人，然後帶我在小區裏走來走去找其他房間，當時已經晚上11點多，而且下着中雨，折騰了半個多小時，安排了一間非常差的房間給我住，是用木板隔了一下的小房間，衞生間和浴室都是公共等的，不但臟，而且很大的異味，隔音也不好，洗漱用品都沒準備齊，毛巾連抹布都不如，一個晚上都沒休息好。
