位置一流，開門能見江，地點算五星。環境一星，算是招待所中的最低標準：就在馬路旁，完全不隔音；水不大，洗手盆出來的水從腳底流過；牀板+一張薄墊；蚊子多，還有蟲，第二天身上癢；各種用品都是最差的；收費是三星酒店標準。也不知道那麼高的評分怎麼來的。

民宿位置在景區內，離二號橋觀景點非常近，老夫婦倆人負責經營，男老闆在江上撒網，女老闆在家做飯，二個人非常熱情，飯菜可口，食材新鮮。

景區內。樓下就是小東江，二樓觀江景絕佳。老闆老闆娘很好，老闆就是江上撒網的魚夫，，老闆娘的做的味道好極了，食材新鮮，量還足。

民宿主人非常熱情好客，二樓房間觀景位置好好，訂房後聯繫店家，指導如何開車進去，他家可以停車，方便隨時遊覽，老闆娘廚藝了得，蔬菜是門口自家種的，值得再來。
