The waiter made me CRY!!! And MANAGER does not care about guests!!! So, we were external guests but we were every day hanging out in Spa and Loby bar. All the time we had the same waiter who was very nice and polite. The last day I was alone at loby bar, sitting and ordering all the time. The shift changed around 13-14h and the rude waiter came. I was ordering cocktails after food all the time. The 2nd shift waiter was very rude, without basic manners. He didn’t even want to say “here you go”/“what can I get you”, or whatever a waiter normally says... If he could, he would throw the drink on the table. I was all the time polite and trying to “soft” him by saying “thank you very much” and all the time I was showing him I appreciate his work. He had a very bad attitude and made me feel unwelcome. So when I ordered pizza for the second time and it arrived, I said in the most polite way possible “Thank you so very much sir” and he gave me terrible look and just said “HM!” (which felt like he would spit on me if he could) and walked away like I pissed him off. Considering I was already feeling like sh*t because of him and after this angry and rude “hm” on my thank you, I just started crying, I couldn’t stop it. My boyfriend came at that moment and when he saw me crying and I told him why he stormed to reception to ask for a manager. He got a response that manager is not here (on Monday, really?) and like hotel doesn’t have anyone in charge for the shift??. They took his number though, said they will call him and of course- noone called! I read on google reviews that Manager in this hotel does not care about guests and it seems it is true!!! We wanted to stay at this hotel next time, but I am not coming back never ever after this!!! Oh yes, the waiter came after everything and ironically said : “do you want somthing more perhaps??” We just said “No, thank you” and left. P. S. Spa is nothing special, paid 100eur per night, it is not worth the price. Piña colada and pizza are excellent btw.

First of all the hotel was really crowded and this could be partly a reason for bad things we experienced. Also have to emphasize that the personnel was really kind and helpful. The issue it seems comes from a level above. At arrival there were only 3 elevators available. Standing with a little kind in the front of it for 10 minutes or more is not really feasible. The heating in our room was broken and even though we asked for help and they told us that someone will come to check it, no one appeared the first night. Next day we had to call again, but this time finally someone, a technician appeared but did not fix the issue. We had to call third time too, and they tried to fix it with a heater. See the image. Again with a little kind in the room, heater is a really poor choice. Also I don't know how they expected us to dry our wet things after using the spa? After another call they finally decided to change the room. We have never experienced this kind of issue in a 4 stars hotel. In the second room the heating was good. The internet connection was interrupted every several minutes but I simple did want to go through whole thing again so I just used my cellphones internet for the business meetings I had. We spent 5 nights in the second room, sheets were never changed and once we had to call ask where could we or if someone could empty the trash can. Otherwise as I mentioned the personnel is really kind. Rooms are really nice with a contemporary bathroom part. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Nice spa area. The hotel is really nice. And if you get a room in the south part of the hotel, you can enjoy an amazing landscape view.

Nice terrace but understaffed. 2 waiters serving about 100 people, but that's not a real problem. My Serbian is a bit rusty and I really tried to order properly, but I ended up with the maybe-you-shouldn't-come-back level of 'service'. Whatever. I got the message.

Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, the staff was polite and kind, they were always helpfull. Especially because we came with our 5years old kid. We want to express our greatest gratitude to this wonderful Radica Teodora who befriended our little boy, sending greetings to her , see'ya all next year !

Zlatibor is absolutely wonderful and should be visited! The nature and surroundings are breathtaking. The hotel at first glance is magnificent! You have an old section (it’s not old at all but that’s what they call it) and a new section. We lived in the new section and it was stunning! Five stars without a doubt. To the more less pleasurable things. The service is not what you expect from a five star hotel, when we checked in we didn’t get received like a five star hotel should receive you. One example no one helped with our luggage, not a big deal but still. Every time you pass the front desk they don’t great you because either they are on their phone or talking to each other. These are minor things but still it doesn’t give a good feeling, more like you are in their way. The biggest downside was dinner and service during dinner. Dinner was a buffe with everything over cocked and saggy. We didn’t even know where to get some water, it took us 20 minutes to get a waiter to take our order for wine and beer, in other words they were understaffed. Should you stay at the hotel? Yes without a doubt, don’t be afraid to complain about the service as they should be very aware off it.

This is a really nice property-new and huge. We loved the breakfast and dinner buffets-big spread and very reasonably priced. When we checked in, it was a warm day and we were taken aback to know the rooms didn't have any air conditioning. It is probably never required most days of the year as its a ski resort. But they quickly arranged for pedestal fans and that made the stay more enjoyable. The spa too is huge and very good.

First of all - hotel design is awful, and we knew that before coming but that is the least of a problem. Rooms leave the impression of old furniture, like a 3 star hotel, including the bathroom that is poorly built which leaves the impression of untidiness. Food is the worst thing in this hotel, especially when you expect at least 4 star menu. For example, the is not even some basic food like french fries or basic rice or bolognese (that our kids eat), food is extremely traditional - lots of greasy meat, and everything is extremely greasy and looks unhealthy. You would expect to have in a 5 stat hotel some special food for people with health problems (eg. no sugar jam for diabetes). Also the food is not properly marked so you have to ask the waiter about ingredients especially when local food is in place. Spa and wellness is the only 5 star thing in the hotel HOWEVER we were expecting our kids to be in the kids zone (with water slides that we saw on photos) but the kids zone is: extremely loud and scary because there are too many things that splash, combining with the overall dark environment (only one window in the kids zone), so our kids did not want to go in there and we also noticed that this zone is always empty so we believe other kids feel so too. We will never come back nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice clean rooms with a lot of space. Cleaning lady's do a gray job. Never been a fan of dinner buffet but this one I really nice with a great selection off great dishes. The SPA center has one section for children with a little aqua land. Everyone from the staff I super friendly. It will take you some time to find your way around the hotel because its huge. The hotel is located 5 min walk from the "city" center. Will definitely stay here if a am coming to Zlaitbor.

Hotel is very big. Everything is big there. But room was fantastic. Huge and with high level of quality of all furniture. Lunch, breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Very high level of staff help. Bar and restaurant do not work so long on the evening, but maybe is that because of Covid situation. You can leave your room after 10:00 and in room is coffee and tea for free of charge using. Fantastic hotel with fantastic accommodation.
