從來在攜程上預訂的酒店沒有這麼差的體驗，設施差、衞生臟亂、環境與服務無一是處，特別是酒店隔音，二樓辦婚宴，五樓都沒有辦法休息，商量退房扯了很久，店家同意退一半，行忍了，還退一大把零錢，就這樣的酒店和管理服務人員，真不知道4.7分的評分怎麼來的。
