Introduction Admire Maple Leaves in Kyoto

Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate

Kyoto has a wide variety of maple leaves, from the crimson Japanese maple to the orange-yellow triangle maple, with colorful colors. When the maple leaves turn red, the whole city seems to have overturned the palette of nature, which is gorgeous and dazzling.

The beauty of Kyoto's maple leaves lies not only in the richness of their colors and the changes in levels, but also in their perfect integration with ancient buildings. The ancient shrines and temples are more solemn and majestic against the backdrop of maple leaves.

Whether you are walking through the maple leaf streets, strolling on the paths with towering ancient trees, or quietly watching the beautiful scenery of maple leaves falling on the water by the river, you can immerse yourself in the autumn atmosphere of Kyoto. The maple leaves are in full swing, as if you are in a flowing painting, feeling the quiet and romantic poetry.

Early Red Leaves Spotted at Toji Temple

Early Red Leaves Spotted at Toji Temple

For the second consecutive year, the night viewing at Toji Temple is in full swing. Currently, most of the leaves are still green, but a single 'early bloomer' red maple has been discovered and immediately surrounded by visitors eager to take 360-degree photos with it. Along with this, there's a photo from last year when the red leaves were at their peak in early December. According to current predictions, visitors in the coming weeks might witness the most beautiful maple leaves. #RedLeafSeason #TojiTemple #Kyoto #KyotoTravel #TojiNightMaple #ExploreAndSeeDifferentSceneries

Golden Pavilion of Kyoto 🇯🇵

#japantrip 📍Kinkakuji Temple, Kyoto, Japan Visited this famous Gold Pavilion of Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, which is a Zen Buddhist temple located in Northern Kyoto. The temple was absolutely stunning and gleaming in gold! This beautiful and impressive architecture was built overlooking a large pond, and the reflection of the temple was simply mesmerising! The Japanese themed garden filled with lush greeneries was nicely built and maintained. The overall ambiance was relaxing and serene, lovely place to take a stroll and take a lot of touristy photos! The temple was really crowded during our visit, would suggest to come earlier to have more pictures with the golden temple! In essence, Kinkakuji Temple is a must visit destination while in Kyoto!

Saihoji Temple——Japan Kyoto

Saihoji Temple——Japan Kyoto

Japan's temple belongs to the Rinzai sect of Tenryuji Temple in Japan. It is located in Matsuo Jingan Valley, Nishikyo-ku, Kyoto City, with the mountain name of Hongyin Mountain and also known as Koke Temple. The main statue is Amitabha Buddha. This temple was originally a villa of the legendary figure Prince Shotoku in the Asuka period. In the Nara period, the monk Gyoki built a temple here, initially called "Western Temple", and worshipped Amitabha Buddha. In the Heian period, the studying monk Kukai held a release ceremony here. When the Zen master Muchuan Shoseki took over, the temple name "Western" was changed to "Saiho", which comes from a sentence left by the founder of Zen, Bodhidharma: "The patriarch came from the west, and the five leaves are in full bloom." Kyoto's most famous Saiho-ji Temple, the inconspicuous moss in the eyes of ordinary people, can become a dominant force after being allowed to grow for 500 years. It is said that only 100 people are received every day, because too many people will prevent the moss from growing. Lin Daiyu likes moss, this shade-loving plant symbolizes loneliness. Steve Jobs loved it here, and it is said that he meditated here and realized the essence of the dry landscape of dream windows and sparse stones. Moss was originally something from the countryside, but it is actually extremely difficult to cultivate. It needs sunlight and water, but cannot be exposed to the sun or soaked excessively. It seems generous but is actually delicate, and everything needs to be just right. It is fortunate to have the chance to see it with your own eyes here, and be grateful for all the good luck.

Arashiyama - place to go for nature and water

Arashiyama - place to go for nature and water

At Japan we decided to visit Arashiyama. It was a nice place where we saw a busy train station filled with kimono style decorations, then got to the iconic bamboo forest. While crowded, it is big so you can probably find yourself a photo spot. There is also waters with different layers of waters for those who like waters and want to play with waters or just take some nice iconic photos. Do leave a day for this place ( or daytime minimum)

Kyoto | the most iconic spot that you can’t miss with your kimono😍

Fushimi Inari is such an icon of Kyoto recently that everyone must visit when travelling to this charming city and of course it has been one of the major highlights of my trip⛩️ We decided to dress in Kimono to come to this famous spot from a rental nearby and it’s the best decision! All the photos are super beautiful here and you will easily spend hours walking around and taking photos! When you follow the path to head back down, there is also a japanese tea shop where you can chill and enjoy their authentic drinks. I highly recommend it to you guys! It’s very famous to capture the thousands of shrine gates and people tend to arrive as early as possible to capture without the crowds. But we headed to that spot at 3pm and just by taking photos on the left side instead of the right, you will have photos of only you and the shrine gates at the background just like the first photo! 📍Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kyoto #timetotravel #japan #境外遊 #kyoto
