Amazing view of Gannets and sea

Located in West Auckland is Muriwai Gannet Colony about 45 minutes from Auckland Central Business District. It passes through Riverhead which has many wineries and strawberry farms. During October to February, Gannets will migrate here from Australia to nest and grow their little ones. They are beautiful birds and can soar very fast and high up in the sky.

Love the fact that the cafe is connected to a beautiful home design store. The pesto and gooey cheese was just simply delicious. Subtle flavour and yet punchy. The fruit toast had a balance of sweetness and the candied pecan. The atmosphere was really nice. There was some crowding but all in all not overloaded. We are both vegetarian and were really happy to find some vegetarian options. Even though I would have wished for a little more variety. But if you are no vegetarian, you will love the food they sell! The coffee was good and the food itself was delicious. #newzealandtrip #coffeelovers #couplestrip

The chicken Vietnamese sandwich (also called Banh Mi) had a curry flavour inside, and the combination with cucumber and carrots was quite nice. It would have been even better with a crispy baguette, which the manager said is an option. Many selections of good food such as rice salad bowl, vietnam delicacies, sandos, and even breafkfast toast. I like the hot chocolate and the sandos especially ebi sandos, so yum... the eggs benedict also delicious. The services are fast and friendly. #newzealandtrip #couplestrip #Vietnamesefood

Very healthy options which taste fresh and are well thought out. Nice seating, wheelchair and dog friendly, helpful staff and delicious menu. All day breakfast with all your favourites and a twist on a few things, coffee, tea and smoothies. Full lunch menu with everything from Nachos to a Caesars Salad to burgers and spaghetti. When in Auckland, New Zealand, we tried to blend in with the local families by visiting the regional park, Ambury Regional Park, for a day of fun. The park is vast, and today’s clear skies make it perfect for a picnic! The two kids enjoyed juice and sandwiches under a big tree, so relaxing! Meanwhile, we adults had some wine, roast chicken, and fruit for our picnic. Gazing at the endless green fields, we felt an instant sense of tranquility! After the picnic, we visited the park’s farm, where we could feed the sheep, watch the horses and pigs up close, and even saw a big hen leading her chicks out to forage! Additionally, the park has educational elements, allowing kids to solve riddles on small blackboards, which excited everyone! Sometimes, the park also hosts a milking program, where both adults and kids can try their hand at milking a cow! 🕰️ Operating Hours: 24 hours 🏖️ Environment/Facilities: Incredibly comfortable and refreshing 💰 Average Cost: No entrance fee 🗓️ Suggested Duration: Half a day 📍 Address: Ambury Regional Park

#newzealandtrip So yummy!! Staff is really nice, ambience is on point - it's a place you could come for brunch/ coffee on your own and stay to work on stuff or to come with loved ones and chat forever over a delicious meal! Whatever you choose, make sure you get the eggs benny with bacon it's PHENOMENAL at first I thought "it's a bit expensive" but then I realized it's served with a whole pack of bacon AND it comes with a hash brown. Honestly it was perfect, 10/10 would recommend I will most definitely be coming back for more some time soon!

#newzealandtrip Terrific. In every way, delightfully wonderful. We could phone ahead and reserve a spot for our group of 8-10; the staff was perfectly attentive (and extremely helpful) even on a rainy & busy Sunday afternoon; the food was superbly prepared, presented, and fairly priced. If I could afford to eat at Patch thrice weekly, I would, and if I did, there's enough on the menu to sample through for a month and not have the same thing twice.
