Went there for 3 nights.. everything was ok except there was police knocked up at 5 o'clock in the morning and they opened my door and came in without my permission..I was in deep sleep..at the end they said it was their mistake.. horrible experience..how come they gave the key to my room from reception..next morning I informed reception .. there was other receptionist who tried to give explanation and gave me£10 voucher..but very terrible experience.
Really nice hotel. Very clean and rooms and beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite and parking was available free of charge. We stayed for breakfast and that was nice, standard breakfast consisting of both hot food, pastries, cereals, bread, fruit. I especially liked that they had paper bags available to grab and go. The location was right for us as a 1 night stop off through our journey but there is not much in the area if staying longer
Good location for Alton Towers, but not much nearby.
Service was mixed - duty managers were good and very helpful. Bar staff were average, breakfast staff were below average. They only have one member of staff for breakfast, which is not great if there are more than a few guests. They also charge extra for hash browns in the full English breakfast. The hotel room and restaurant were clean and tidy. Rooms do not have air con and the heating was on high, no way to turn down the radiators without assistance, but unfortunately the reception closes at around 10pm. Overall our stay was adequate but we probably won't be returning.
Excellent welcome service; Immediate next to WaterWorld, decent room size and nice decoration but have no cooling A/C; quite a small swimming pool and jacuzzi been sealed off; excellent stream room which is sufficiently hot and wet; limited choices for dinner and breakfast.
We had room 106. There was quite a weird smell on the floor we stayed on. I definitely recommend opening the window in your room or bringing air freshener for a familiar smell. The floor in the room was somewhat clean but it was okay. The bin the bathroom kept falling over when we tried to open it because it was too light.
Breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. It was a lovely day and there are outdoor picnic benches to enjoy the morning sun. The location is good if you want to drive to get food on the night and it's only 35 mins away from Alton towers.
Hotel generally, but in order to enter the playground early the next morning, it is worth the room sheets are a bit cotton wool. The bed is uncomfortable. The bed is a bed for one person. It is a bit difficult to sleep with a child. The triple room is actually an extra bed. Instead, the extra bed is a big one. Add the child to sleep together. Micro can cope with the hotel near the convenience store. It is recommended to buy delicious and drinking water when you go. The hotel sells ordinary water for more than 2 pounds. It is not worth the location. It is remote and there is a restaurant. We brought our own noodles and cooked in the room! It takes about 20 pounds and 15 minutes to call Uber from Birmingham International. By the way, tickets for the park will be discounted online in advance and you can enter the park at 10 o'clock in advance (open at 10:30). When we went, there were not many people. For more than 2 hours, we played all the facilities in the children's area. The roller coaster children brushed it three times. It was worth the fare.

RRaisaYFantastic service from the moment I had checked in. Staff at the desk were polite and quick to resolve my requested room move. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in by far. Rooms a good size and the view was lovely, i loved the mini fridge, i was able to store my drinks in there. Checkout process nice and easy too. Will stay here again definitely
GGuest UserA great little place with a lovely swimming pool. Enough activities to keep our 8 year old daughter happy. Lovely family time together in a very clean and well equipped lodge.
GGuest UserOn arrival at the hotel we found out there was a wedding reception being held. We were given a room on the floor above the reception instead of the 2nd floor, so we found it a little noisy. In the room we were given were also bunk beds even though we were just a couple. The matress was hard, as were the pillows and in hindsight, we should have used the bunk beds as they were more comfortable. There was nothing in the room to indicate if we could pay for breakfast and we weren't informed at reception even though we saw somewhere lower in the hotel that looked like it would be serving breakfast. The room looked very 'tired' and the evacuation procedure was sun bleached beyond readable. On checking out, we weren't even asked if we had had a nice stay?

PPINGOverall, the price is good, very close to the highway, easy to drive, free parking, the hotel is on the 12th floor is a restaurant, things are delicious, the surroundings of the hotel are average, rooms are ok, 8-10 minutes by car Supermarket ALDI, 8-10 minutes there is a Chinese food formerly known as China Garden, now called New Beijing, the price is real, the taste is authentic, there are many Western food next to it. The restaurant is located in the town center. After dinner, you can see the town. It is very beautiful.
Breakfast is medium.
EExplorettaThis place was nice. The room was a little out dated but it was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wi-fi wasn’t the best and the tv was blocked from connecting to the wifi so no Netflix etc. The staff on reception were very friendly.
We didn’t take breakfast but we ate dinner in there restaurant, reasonably priced and some good meal options and deals, it was a bit loud as it’s also a bar.

GGuest UserThe waiters were friendly. Breakfast is the same every day. There is no air conditioning in summer and it is too hot. Room facilities are average.
GGuest Useri booked this hotel again because trip.com helped me a lot last time. Nice hotel nice breakfast only problem staff needs training to how to treat customers. Instead of talking each other or flirting with security guy they can concentrate with customer.. i had my online check in and i called hotel to say we will be there 8 o'clock when we arrived there room was not ready one young nice lady came with a smile on her face and made kids sofa bed.
