The resort is quite small, but the air quality is excellent. Rooms are clean, though the bathrooms were just average. Breakfast is served as a set meal and is quite basic. The farmhouse restaurant located at the foot of the mountain offers a wonderful setting. Borobudur is just 4km away. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Room was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and the air conditioning was great. Bathroom was very small but worked fine. We were disappointed to have to pay extra to use the swimming pool as we booked this hotel because it had a pool which we assumed would be included in the room price.
I would like to share some feedback regarding the bath towel. Since it was black, it gave the impression of being less clean, and all the guests preferred white towels instead. However, overall the experience was good, and the breakfast was wonderful.
Place is amazing! Friendly staff all around. Staff greeted with genuine warmth and make effort to know the guests. Was there for consecutive five bfasts, and towards the end, staff can serve you your favs as they have been attentive to the needs. Never had such experience before!
Location can be a little off the main areas but nothing too great that can’t be fixed with private hire transport.
This hotel has an abundance of amenities that one could spend hours there to enjoy what the place has to offer. My kid enjoyed fishing at the pond too!

I am super happy during my stay in this hotel. I stayed in Junior suite, they have free mini bar and always refill it in the morning. This hotel also provide coffee capsul and its machine.
The location is perfect, just five minutes driving to East Lobby of Train Station and on Malioboro area.
For amenities, this hotel provide 3 in one liquid for soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Their welcome snacks and drinks also quite generous with many choices.
Definitely, I would go back to this hotel when I visit Jogja. Thank you.
excellent service, all the staffs are kind and helpful! the room is clean, the corridor is clean, bright and aesthetic with not too much deco. i'm just a bit unsatisfied with the pool because it's a bit dirty, many bugs in the water, and it doesn't cold enough. the food for breakfast was ok, not too many choices but still good because of their taste. i will recommend this hotel for those who need short transit from the airport because it's near.
Right in the heart of Mariorbor. Staff super friendly and obliging. Rented a motorcycle from reception 100k per day..always feel more comfortable arranging via hotel. Only complaint …food via room service and restaurant good but seam to struggle to make things hot even when sent back still wasn’t hot second time..but tasty. Stayed a week so says it all that I was overall happy with my stay.

Newer hotels in Yogyakarta are few and far between, but this one offers relatively modern facilities. The rooms are quite spacious for a hotel in its category. Located right on Malioboro Street, and with a large shopping mall next door, it's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring the area. The breakfast is fairly average and not particularly varied, though the taste is acceptable.

I truly enjoyed my two-night stay here. The hospitality was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive chocolates upon check-in both days.
GGuest UserI had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel
GGaryThe hotel was extremely close to airport, but far away from anything to actually do in the area. The staff were excellent and the facilities were fantastic, beautiful hotel. The food was good but a little pricey, do not use Laundry in motel, very expensive, this was the only down side while staying there.

LLennyMale receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet.
I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.
RRadziRamliThis is exactly 5 Star Hotel 5 star location 5 star service. Due to my tiring journey, i am a bit moody upon check-in. It's just a silly mistake that's blown me out during check-in. Poor receptionists have to face the situations . Honestly, they are professional and manage to handle the situation. Congrats to the front office manager and general manager that you trained your staff well towards 5 star standards. Not to forget Ms Chantika guest service officers, you are amazing. You turned my anger to guiltily. Overall, the hotel service tip top 5 star , the location fantastic attached to the big mall that you can find everything there. Cleanliness superb. Even i just request for prayer mate they delivered with sarong which is well packed for hygiene purpose. The bed is pretty comfortable. I feel like I don't want to leave the room . From top management to the service staff, they are pretty humbled. Listen to your problem and take immediate action to get the hotel guest feel comfortable. Thank you for making my day .
GGuest UserStayed for 2 nights with family of 12 people with 6 rooms, very large hotel, good location, clean in the hotel area but the cleanliness in the room is very dirty, the sheets in my room (both beds) There are stains of drinks spilled and one of them are dirty stains on the ground, and then the sheets have stains of cleaning services, such as the cleaning service staff is not good. The bed linen that seems very dirty is not changed or not clean in washing I don't know, obviously it is very annoying to me. And one of my group, his hand squeezed the bathroom door until his two fingers bleed, the bathroom door that was hard to push open and close to it very annoying.. Then the door of the room is always problematic, can't be opened until we always find help to the rervice room every time we enter the room, I hope that the future the settlement (door) will be replaced or at least repaired, us have a lot of choices for breakfast.

NnitsreDont understand who gave good reviews for this homestay, maybe they stayed for the right price sufficient for this small house. Not worth more than 80K. I prefer to not review if not for few unprofessional issues. While booking this place, the price changed more than a few times from rupiah 120 to 250k. I never seen like this happen online bookings. So, i did not book. Many hours later the priice was down at 120k again. So, i booked.
Then, the owner sends twice long annoying emails and a shorter whatsapp message (attached herewith) asking for pre-arrival info, a very professional wriiten corporate style. I ignored since those just did not look right. Upon reaching the place - not a corporate guest house but a crampy old home, the owner came out slowly and then just talks to my wife completely ignoring me. He kept chatting. Not a likeable elder, a little tricky i felt.. The room was very small with a type of bed that is just good for a few hours sleep. No water bottles, tissues or new soap. Poor room lighting matched the purpose.
In the night one someone plays the TV so loud right next to the room for a long time until i requested him to lower volume. Almost midnight a few guests were tslking so loud right there for a long time knowing we were sleeping. We left early the next day.
