We had a comfortable stay overall. The air conditioning took a while to cool the room, but the staff responded quickly when we called for assistance, which we really appreciated. The gym was a bit underwhelming. My brother was expecting at least some dumbbells, but it was clean and functional. On the bright side, the breakfast was lovely with a good variety and fresh options. Great service and a pleasant experience overall!
My body at hometown, but my corpse still in lexis.. miss all the moment so much.. Our experience at Lexis Hibiscus was amazing from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, the villa was well-maintained, and the private pool overlooking the sea created an unforgettable atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Highly recommended for families and couples looking for a luxurious retreat.will make sure to cime again n again.
Nice hotel for family trip. The rooms are spacious, and clean. The teluk kemang beach is just a walk away with many food stalls nearby. You can also rent the court to play pickle ball with your family.

Positive:
The host is pleasant and helpful.
Overall, It’s a nice, modest place to get away from the city, and no cell connection means you are forced to disconnect. You can purchase a 3 days internet package for a small amount, but connection is poor. This is fine with us as we were happy to be disconnected but able to maintain limited connection to internet for essential things we needed to do.
Be prepared to get the most of your experience:
Prepare your own toiletries, slippers, package food to be comfortable because they provide only a small bottle of shower gel and 2 towels for each person. The kitchen is well equipped for a proper cooking but no condiments or cooking oil, only with a couple of instant coffee and tea bags.
No restaurants near by, difficult to get food, and no Grab cars come in to take you out. (So you have to drive or pay more for taxi they can help to call for you - the taxi drive is amazing man, though a little costly)
On our second day, we discovered a Chinese Villa nearby and ate at its restaurant (need to pre-book)
Grand interior, lobby gives a feeling of high class.
Front counter staff abit not friendly, rude, and impatient, but helpful, could be having a bad day.
Water heater for shower need to wait more than 5 minutes of running water before its usable. Towel quite rough, will cause pain if you rub too hard, one of the towels got yellow stains
Toilet dry-wet segment is very well done.
Parking is very very dark without any light at night.
A retreat into nature less than 1.5hrs from KL. Start with a serene drive leading to Pantai then turn left to the narrow road deep into the forest where all the villas are located. Kairos Villa is the only one with the paranormal view over the beautiful forest. My 1st feeling is like I am returning home. Beautiful home built with the generous use of local and Brazilan wood, 2 floors of wraparound terrace where we hung out most of the time to relax, detox from the e-world, catch the morning dew and sunset views in crisp air with a gentle flow of breeze. As this was an ex bird nests structure / the ventilation of the whole house is superb.
An accessibility room at the ground floor with shared indoor and outdoor kitchen, outside BBQ area. Here you have access to the organic garden. 1st floor there are 3 rooms with its own en suite bathroom, private balcony. At the landing a common seating area comfortably furnished. 2nd floor is the repeat of the same. The designer looking chairs esp just invite you to sink in to read a book. Seating area is so welcoming - rich wooden floor that is smooth and shiny, wood panel walls with eccentric paintings and photos.
Impressed that the whole house is so clean - I was walking about bare footed and no dirt not even at the balcony. About the only villa that welcome dogs. Local breakfast is served; unlimited tea, coffee and fresh spring water in the kitchen.
Rooms: Our room named Peace is sufficiently furnished with both fan, air conditioning, private balcony facing a green hill, 2 bottles of fresh spring water. The bathroom is basic with toilet and shower.
Food and drinks: Local Malaysian breakfast is provided. Plan to bring your own lunch and dinner. There is a double door fridge, oven, microwave, air fryer, gas stove with all utensils for cooking and dinning. Bonus is the garden has four angle beans, chili paid, pandan leave. The host let us use their extensive sauces and seasonings.

The room is clean, tidy and sanitary.
Facilities: complete
Environment: clean and comfortable
Service: very good, we also provide Chinese service if we need it.
The hotel was located inside the mall which has many restaurants and shops. Had a meal at one of the restaurants inside the mal. The food was cheap and the environment was nice.
The air conditioner took a long time to cool the room, probably because it's old and doesn't seem to have been serviced. The bathroom was rather unclean, and the shower pressure was very low. There were no towels in the room; when we called reception, we were asked to collect them from the front desk. Breakfast was decent, however. Also, the bed sheets had numerous stains.
It's ends well other than a of TV and water heater, and the toilet flush which was not working upon my check in but was resolved after giving the feedback to the reception.
I would like to give a shout out to Amira and the girls (so sorry as I had lost their names after it was written on a piece of paper). The first staff was the one who checked me out and the second staff was the ”smaller lady whom I think wearing spec. All three were very professional in handling guests. Not forgetting to mention Kamal the housekeeping staff.

WWendyXJThis is our third visit to Thistle PD. My little son loves it here. Big pool and accessible to the beach with water sports. He enjoyed playing with the sand and the beach water, yet mostly spending his time at the pool playing at the big pool with the splash and pool slides. There are arcades games, pool table at the play area as well as a play room for the blocks. Love the large area of grass for a walk to the beach. The room a bit faded but it’s clean. Smooth check in and out. Concierge staff is friendly and helpful. Good variety of breakfast. We had all our meals in the renovated restaurant this time. The Chinoise is closed for renovation I think. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
AAnonymous UserOur spacious room is thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of families on vacation. It is well-equipped with essential amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. AAnonymous UserAlthought Lexis is well-known resort with almost 20 years of being in the business, the overall stay and experience could be much better enjoyed if the hotel had renovated or at least done a deep cleaning with replacement of dirty or rusted items. Things like shower tile grout, creaky wood cabinets and rusted metal hangings and furnishment could have been replaced/scrubbed clean instead of replaced as to not lose its historical charm. Had expected a better experience with the amount I paid and the claim of the place being a 4-star resort.
Also I thought my room came with a bathtub? The location had a large changing room in place instead.

IIman RidzuanA very popular stay for tourists in Pd and for good reason. The rooms are clean and spacious, albeit a little dated. The staff are all pleasant, friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful place for couples, and a family friendly place especially for those with younger children with a petting zoo and children's pool. Didn't get the chance to try their spa on this short trip but from previous experience, they are good and have a nice hibiscus tea that they serve inside. However, not very stroller/wheelchair friendly.
GGuest UserCan this hotel see if I write in Chinese? I probably won't go there again. There is no air-conditioning, no matter how beautiful the environment is, it cannot withstand the lack of air-conditioning. After all, we are not on the top of the mountain but in the mountains. It is really fatal to have no air conditioning.
