The hotel itself is new and quite clean except the beach area where it should be regularly cleaned as there are quite noticeable debris and trashes. The ocean view room is very beautiful, the room is abit small comparing to the price but acceptable. However I find the bed and pillow are not comfortable. They are soft but somehow gave me body aches and every time you move there is a sound which is quite annoying. Also to my surprise, with the price we paid, there was no welcome drink or cold towel. The reception staffs somehow didn’t really give me a welcoming/engaging or pleasant impression. Also I forgot my baby swimming suit at the public shower near the pool and contacted the staff a day later to check and they said they couldn’t find. Overall, I had a fun time with my little family there but the overall experience want up to my expectation considering the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the ocean, with stunning views of the sunrise and sunset. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I especially appreciated their warm hospitality, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The restaurant served fresh and delicious food, and dining while overlooking the sea was a highlight of my trip. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing escape or a base for beach activities, this hotel is a perfect choice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This is a very local hotel, with most guests being Cambodian locals. The courtyard is huge, easily accommodating dozens of cars. It's conveniently located just across the road from the beach. The front desk staff were very welcoming; after check-in, they even showed me to my room. Breakfast is served on the first floor. While not lavish, it offered all the essentials. The room was very spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering sea views. Unfortunately, there wasn't a single chair in the entire room... I suppose they want guests to spend less time cooped up in their rooms during vacation. The most disappointing aspect of this stay was that I happened to coincide with a company team-building event. They had booked out the bar on the second floor for their activities, even featuring a celebrity singer. Loud music blared through large speakers from 4 PM until 11 PM. Due to the hotel's open-plan structure, the noise from the second floor echoed all the way up to the top floor, making it impossible to get any rest. I only managed to fall asleep once the event finally ended.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at Sara Resort. The room was clean and had all the amenities one would need. The pool area was wonderful and we got to spend time relaxing, contemplating and reading. Having the beach within a few steps was great. I loved being able to go for an early morning swim. The staff were friendly and attentive. The resort also had entertainment some of the evenings. My favorite aspect was being able to slow down and relax in a comfortable and chilled environment. Thank you Sara Resort and staff for a wonderful experience.

Stayed here for one night in January 2024. Just across the road from Otres Beach 2. Nice swimming pool and rooms are clean. Lacking hot water for the shower but apart from that included breakfast was nice and food in the restaurant good too although somewhat expensive.

Very nice stay at here. It is good for those who are looking for a nice quiet place to chill and have fun. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. A good value for money stay.

For those who like the natural feel, the way there and back would be attractive, but I was taken aback because it was a completely unexpected route. However, from the moment I checked in and went in to the moment I checked out, I thought it was such an attractive accommodation that I wanted to stay a few more days. I highly recommend it to those who have the time to stay at least 2 nights.

We stayed for three days and were absolutely thrilled! This place is simply stunning! Our room offered breathtaking ocean views right outside the window, was private, and incredibly photogenic – my partner couldn't stop taking photos, haha! The service was impeccable. The staff were so thoughtful, always anticipating our needs. The food was also superb! The beachfront restaurant served incredibly fresh seafood, caught and cooked on the spot. Breakfast even had a dedicated kids' section, making it perfect for families with little ones. For active guests, there's no need to worry! Kayaking, yoga, and more are all available, so you'll never get bored. The highlight for me was the Spa. The therapists were incredibly skilled, and I felt completely revitalized afterwards! Overall, it offered excellent value for money. It truly caters to everyone – whether you're a couple on honeymoon, a family with various age groups, or a group of friends, everyone will have a fantastic time. I've already recommended it to my best friend!
