Fantastic place, attention to each detail, beautiful hotel territory, well designed room with a unique design, very rich and tasty breakfast buffet. We stayed in Garden Villa close to the beach and it was wonderful. Food and drink in the beach bar are of a good level and reasonable prices, their young coconuts are fantastically fresh. Staff is incredible and try to assist you with everything. Keep in mind that hotel is spread over the hill, we had beach level villa, but there are many that are located upper and you have to climb many stairs. But for a short climbing it’s fine, good for health. Though can be a big minus for older travelers. Definitely I will stay here again on my next visit to Lipe.
Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay with Sita! Hotel staff was really helpful with my two kids.
The room we booked is up on the hill and inconvenient with kids. We have gone down to the reception to request for an upgrade of room to the one beside the beach and it was amazing. Will want to return again!
Recommended to stay here because the hospitality is very very nice. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Nice resort with nice view. Definitely will stay here again if we are going back to Koh Lipe.
I enjoyed my three nights here. It was low season, so the resort wasn't too crowded, but the staff maintained professional standards. Everything smelled so nice - the linens and towels, and the room itself had a fresh fragrance. The cabin was very nicely designed with teakwood. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the side door of the bathroom led to an outdoor shower and drying area if you got sandy and wet from outdoor activities. The resort is nearby the walking street, where I went often, and also sports a full service bar and restaurant. On my last day, the staff drove me to the ferry departure site (during low season, the ferry departs on the other side of Pattaya beach).
The room is similar to a simple house, with three or four rows of four rooms in each row. It is sunny during the day and hot at night. The room is OK, each double bed is one meter wide, there is no bedside table, and there are few furnitures. The hotel environment is good, and the most important thing is that it is next to the beach. It is not far to the pedestrian street for food. Walk a few steps to the left of the beach to watch the sunset, and look up to the right to watch the sunrise. The sea water is clear and the sand is fine. There is no service. Other hotels will deliver luggage to the next hotel when you change hotels, but this hotel will not deliver it. They will help call a taxi and you have to take a taxi yourself. There is no life jacket or snorkeling mask for rent, which is inconvenient. The breakfast is average, and you can eat enough when you are hungry. Moved from a mountain that is quite close, the price is similar, but the difference is big
Initially, I was impressed by the lush greenery and the serene atmosphere as I stepped into the villa. The overall ambiance was pleasant. Although I had booked a sea view room for my first time, I realized that the sea was not directly in front of my room as expected. Nonetheless, I could still catch a glimpse of the sea, so it was acceptable.
Regarding the room facilities, I found that the air conditioning wasn't sufficiently cooling despite setting it to the lowest temperature. Given the extreme heat in Koh Lipe, I had anticipated a cooler room environment. Another aspect to mention is that the villa provided only two small bottles of water per room. When I requested additional bottles at the front desk, I was surprised to learn that they were available at their mart and i could actually purchase on my own.
I also observed that the pathways outside the villa were somewhat hazardous, especially since the area is still under development. I wouldn't recommend walking through these areas due to the lack of lighting and uneven road conditions, with puddles of water present.
As for breakfast, there weren't many options available, and the staff seemed somewhat inattentive. Considering the room charges per night, I had expected a higher level of service. Despite these issues, I still managed to enjoy my stay overall.
I had an amazing stay . The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and comfortable.. The hosts were incredibly friendly and provided excellent hospitality. The location was strategic, with easy access to nearby attractions. The facilities were complete, the rooms were spacious, and everything was well-maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and authentic stay in Satun!
I little slice of paradise on beautiful Sunrise beach. The pool, with lots of nooks, crannies and little islands of beautifully kept vegetation, is the star attraction. The high roofed traditional style rooms featuring lots of teak wood are beautiful too. I found the Poolside rooms at the back of the resort more comfortable than the bungalows at the front, with a big desk (which the bungalows didnt have, if you need to work) and sofa. More spacious, although someone needs deal with the cockrel that does its best not to let you sleep past sunrise.
Breakfast and food in general was good. The pad thai was delicious.
Highly recommended.
ММихаил)Clean, cozy hotel, great price, excellent staff, minus poor sound insulation... there is a hairdresser nearby, 7eleven, the people around are friendly. Stayed overnight before a trip to Langkawi, the ferry leaves at 11.30)))
LLuguoqingting1122The hotel is in a good location, with complete room facilities. The sea view pool room is right outside the beach, and you can borrow the hotel's double dinghy and snorkeling equipment for free. The hotel has a rich breakfast. Choose in advance according to your needs. The spa environment and service are good. But the price is a bit expensive. You can pre-deposit and recharge when checking in, and there will be a bonus. But it will not be refunded if you don't use it up. Finally, I had a big meal when I checked out. Overall, it's still very good.

AAnonymous UserKoh Tarutao National park is a GEM! 💎
We spent an incredible 9 days in a Grand Garden room and it was great. Location location location! Very nice staff everywhere and the shuttle to walking street was effective. You can book all of your transportation with them through email and even book a private boat to come pick you up for a day (DO IT!).
Con’s: 1 Groundwater supply. It is brown and ruined multiple clothing items of white color. 2 Breakfast: while there was a large selection, only a select few items were healthy options. Symbolic cafe at the beach has way better options, but it’s expensive and not included. The orange juice is fake with sugar and so are the other drinks available. Again the staff were great but please consider removing the gesture from the man at 10am who tells each table that breakfast is ending. There are signs and the timing is listed in the booking details, it felt insincere and you could tell he wasn’t comfortable doing it either. 3 the cleaner was ineffective, leaving the ground water stains to build up in the sink and the toilet. Changed sheets every 3 days even though they were brown from the water. She was kind and sincere.
GGuest UserFor budget hotel, this hotel considered worth the money. The room is quite old, toilet is quite smelly. But consider okay for a budget hotel. The location is far from shops, need to drive if you want to find food.
GGuest UserThe location, breakfast, rooms, etc. of the hotel are all good, and the price-performance ratio is very high 👍But the service gives one star because the hotel's luggage handler opened my suitcase. I am very sure that we locked the suitcase and scrambled the password before leaving the hotel. Since the ship was in the afternoon and the hotel had to check out at 11 o'clock, the waiter told us to put the luggage in the room and go to the pier at 2 pm when we arrived at the bus point. When we arrived at the pier, we found that the suitcase had been opened. My husband said that it was opened by something similar to the customs lock. Because the password was wrong, the unlocking key could not be pushed open, but the two zippers on the suitcase were not in the lock. It was obviously opened by abnormal means. Since the cash and cards were stolen in the previous hotel, I was too lazy to call the police for such a situation. Remind you to carry valuables with you when you go to Thailand, a cross-body bag is a must!

GGuest UserHappy to Stay here!
It's accommodation that truly gives you the feeling of being immersed in nature. The architecture is beautifully designed and harmonizes with the surroundings, creating a sense of peace and seclusion — truly fitting for the name ”Cast Away.”
The staff provide excellent service. It's safe for solo travelers, and I made some lovely new friends. However, it's not suitable for those who are sensitive to heat, as there is no air conditioning
