Holy Water A good cafe to visit at Christmas 🎅
move.mov in Seongsu, Korea 🎵
It's about 5 minutes from Ttukseom Station!
It's a hidden gem and highly recommended ♪
The strawberry tiramisu is different from regular tiramisu
It melts in your mouth, and the strawberries are sweet and sour but the tiramisu is well-balanced
It's a taste that makes you want to eat it again 🍰
The drink with cream on top had a slight banana flavor and was delicious 🍌!
There is projection mapping on the wall and a photo spot near the entrance
Why not enjoy it after relaxing! ?
It was especially cute during the Christmas season 🍀

Hi there Puglia
On the other side of the famous Amalfi Coast in southern Italy, there is a region called Puglia. Since we did a course including the Amalfi Coast last year, we visited Puglia this time. We started from a city called Bari and went down to Tor del Rosso Orlanto, which is small but the transportation was not inconvenient. Of course, it would have been better if we had rented a car.
The weather was very hot, but the occasional rain cooled us down.

The unique style of the 19th century remains intact.
#ThailandAirlineEvent It was a bathroom in the Putignano Palace, which preserved the unique style of the 19th century. It had elegant furniture decorations and a modern bathroom and toilet that were new at the time and are now familiar to us. Most European bathrooms are dry, but it was interesting to see carpets on the floor. You can tour it at the Putignano City Museum, so I recommend visiting before the Carnival Parade starts. #italytravel #EuropeTravel #OverseasTravel
🇮🇹 Review of the visit to the Alberobello Trullo Museum
#ThailandFlightEvent I visited Territory Museum House Pezzolla, one of the trullo museums in Alberobello.
What I felt while viewing was that the contents of the exhibition felt increasingly poor compared to the admission fee. I was able to download the audio guide using a QR code and listen to it, but the sound quality and contents were not very satisfactory, so I ended up stopping listening in the middle. Personally, if you have limited time or budget, I think it would be okay to skip this museum.

Italian Contemporary Art in Bari
#ThailandFlightEvent It was meaningful to be able to see Italian modern art works in one place. Opera 26 by Enrico Accatino seemed to have a different meaning than just numbers. Luce bianca by Domenico Spinosa was the most appealing because it was expressed in bright colors.
In Giosetta Fioroni's work, I liked the question he asked the audience about love, and the red bird in the center of Salvatore Salvemini's Interno con uccello was impressive.
I recommend you visit the exhibition to learn about various methods of expression in Italian modern art that I encountered in Bari.

The Story of Princess Bona Sforza
#ThailandFlightEvent I first learned the story of Princess Bona Sforza at the Bari Castle in Italy. I was surprised to learn that she ruled the region as the Duchess of Bari and Rossano from 1524 to 1557, which was rare for a woman in the Middle Ages. I recommend you visit if you come to Bari because you can learn about her marriage and life, which are recorded in not only Italian but also Polish and European history.

Put your heart into one candle
#ThailandAirTicketEvent At the Basilica of San Nicola in Bari, you can put your heart into a candle, donate a small amount of money, and light a fire. Like a ray of light in a dark space, you can have a quiet time to organize your heart in the cathedral, praying that the world will become more peaceful, just, and bright. If you are a tourist in Europe, I recommend that you visit the cathedral even if you are not a believer. If you come to Bari, I recommend that you definitely visit the Basilica of San Nicola because admission is free. #beautiful_italy #bari #EuropeanTravel #OverseasTravel
A relaxed facial expression in the Virgin Mary icon
#ThailandAirlineEvent I was able to see the sacred paintings and the Eucharistic utensils used in old masses at the Bari-Bitonto Diocesan Museum. The Eucharistic chalice that contained wine was gorgeous and amazing. The comfortable facial expression in the Virgin Mary’s sacred painting left an impression. And in the sacred painting of the Annunciation, the angel Gabriel, the Virgin Mary, and God’s presence were all in harmony in one picture. I recommend it if you like cathedral art. #beautiful_italy #bari #EuropeanTravel #OverseasTravel
Back in time
#ThailandFlightEvent It is said that King Umberto II of Italy stayed in this room during his visit. It is also written in the guide that from 1943, Duchess Maria Alacia, who fled the war, stayed there with her three children, so it was an exhibition space where you could learn about history and stories.
From the painting of the Virgin Mary hanging above the bed to the old clocks and props, I could feel the atmosphere of that time.
It is a special place where you can feel history and time just by staying there, even if you just pass by quietly. I recommend you to visit the City Museum when you go to Putignano.

Archaeological Museum of Santa Scolastica, Bari
#ThailandFlightEvent It was the Santa Scolastica Archaeological Museum, where you can feel the deep history of Bari. Relics from various eras, from the Bronze Age to the Roman era and even the medieval monastery, were on display. It was easy to understand because explanations in English and Italian were placed everywhere. You could see the excavation site directly under the glass floor. I recommend it to those interested in history or archaeology. #italytravel #overseastravel #Europeantravel

A place where you can view artifacts from various eras
As it was once a medieval monastery, the museum displays items that were used in monasteries. From heavy-looking old cathedral chairs to Middle Eastern-style bell-shaped stoves, you can find artifacts presumed to have been used in the past, which is truly fascinating. If you visit Bari Old Town, I highly recommend stopping by this place to see artifacts from different eras all in one spot. Here's a tip: you can purchase a combo ticket with the Bari Pinacoteca Art Gallery for just 8 euros.

Life in a medieval convent
#ThailandAirlineEvent The Archaeological Museum in Bari used to be a convent where nuns lived, and through the media exhibition, we were able to easily see how the nuns lived at the time. English subtitles were provided, and the animation was made simple enough for children to understand. It was an exhibition that clearly conveyed the message through pictures even for those who are not familiar with English. I recommend this exhibition because it allows you to briefly imagine the life of a medieval convent that you learned about at the Bari Archaeological Museum. #italytravel #EuropeanTravel #OverseasTravel
Works that contain the unique sensibility of Italy
#ThailandFlightEvent The works of Italian artists that I had never seen before were somehow full of emotion.
The works titled Sunset in the Forest and View of Vesuvius by Giacinto Gigante were double-sided in the same frame to save on the frame. The girl's smile by Riccardo Totai was so cute and charming that I wanted to give it as a photogenic award. The portrait of a young Gaetano Donizetti by Francesco Saverio Altamura depicts a musician, and I remember his serious expression. The atmosphere of a restaurant with lights on by Vincenzo Irolli was a painting that reminded me of a unique Italian restaurant atmosphere.
Although they were painted at different times, I recommend visiting the Bari Art Gallery to see works that contain Italian sensibility.

Depicting ordinary moments in everyday life with emotion
#ThailandFlightEvent Looking at the works of Francesco Netti, born in 1832 in the small town of Santeramo in Colle in southern Italy, I felt like I was looking at a scene from 19th century Italian daily life from an album.
The titles of the works were also written well in English next to them, so I could feel that the author portrayed people very warmly, from reading, to the felony trial, to siesta, and to siesta research.
In particular, in the work Siesta, I wondered how he could express a languid and sleepy afternoon so well.
I recommend the Bari Art Gallery because the works of the Italian artist Francesco Netti, who emotionally portrayed ordinary moments in everyday life, remain in my memory.

Places to See Neapolitan Paintings
I recently came across the works of Luca Giordano, a master of Neapolitan Baroque painting. One of his notable pieces is titled "Saint John of Capistrano Appears Before Saint Peter of Alcantara in Glory." The dynamic composition, with Saint Peter seated diagonally and the contrasting structure of Saint John of Capistrano, left a strong impression on me.
Another remarkable work is "The Burial of Christ," which conveys the careful and concerned expressions of those moving the deceased Jesus.
The painting "Saint Peter Martyr in Glory" caught my attention as well. According to the plaque, it was a collaborative work by two artists, Lorenzo de Caro and Leonardo Antonio Olivieri.
Lastly, Giacinto Diano's "The Immaculate Conception of the Virgin" stood out for its bright and warm color palette, perfectly complementing the depiction of the Virgin Mary.
If you're looking for a place to closely admire Neapolitan paintings, I highly recommend visiting the Bari Art Museum.
Still Life and Portraits
The still life paintings by Naples artist Tommaso Realfonso were so beautiful that I even bought postcards of them at the souvenir shop—they were truly captivating. Another Naples artist from the same era, Nicola Malinconico, created still life paintings with a dark background that made the fresh, bright yellow lemons stand out. Additionally, Giuseppe Bonito's portrait of a lady caught my attention; the painting featured a beauty mark on her face, making her look incredibly charming and elegant.
I learned a lot about Naples painting and enjoyed appreciating the artworks with the elegance of the women depicted in them. I highly recommend visiting the Bari Art Museum for a delightful experience. 🖼️
The Encounter with Baroque Paintings
In Paolo de Matteis's painting "The Prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane," the expression of Jesus's face as he prays and agonizes is captured so vividly that it left a profound impression on me. Similarly, Francesco Solimena's "Mater Dolorosa" conveys the Virgin Mary's sorrow through her lifeless, pale face and vacant gaze on the canvas, evoking deep empathy.
If you're staying in Bari, I highly recommend visiting the Bari Art Museum to experience the grandeur of Southern Italian Baroque art through this exceptional exhibition. 🎨
A space that connects the past and the present.
The artwork titled 'Bride' by Riccarda Pagnotta was donated in 2007. Another installation art piece, created in 1999, resembles mannequins and holds special significance as it includes the names of participants such as Rita Paole, a professor at the Bari Academy of Fine Arts, and her students. This makes the piece even more meaningful. Reflecting on this, I hope all the participating artists are now actively showcasing their unique styles. Here are the names of the artists who contributed: Tommaso Ragattola, Grazia Parisi, Antonella Di Girolamo, and Maria Cavallo.
The Bari Museum serves as a space that bridges the past and the present. If you ever travel to Bari, I highly recommend visiting this museum.
Artworks from various eras
The frescoes and paintings of saints from the Renaissance to the Baroque period, which could be seen in Bari, felt like embarking on another spiritual pilgrimage. Personally, it reminded me of the awe I felt when I first entered the Vatican Museum in Rome. It was an exhibition where you could appreciate artworks from different eras in one space. If you visit Bari, I highly recommend stopping by the art museum.
Italian painters
#ThailandFlightEvent I was able to appreciate the works of local Italian painters from the 19th and 20th centuries, including Carlo Carrà and Giorgio de Chirico, whom I had not known about. It was interesting to see the process of change similar to the flow of world art history. I was also able to see the Italian scenery at that time. The interior of the museum was spacious, and there were many paintings and works to see, so I didn't realize how much time had passed. If you go to Bari, I recommend you make time to stop by. #italytravel #EuropeanTravel #OverseasTravel
From stunning sculptures
From stunning sculptures to Italy's unique ancient Christian paintings, the Bari Museum offers a diverse range of exhibits that are sure to deeply move devout visitors. The museum is larger than expected, allowing you to take your time and enjoy the experience. If you visit Bari, I highly recommend setting aside some time to explore this remarkable museum.
Before the parade starts
#ThailandAirlinesEvent It was a wonderful sight of the town residents continuing the Putignano Carnival tradition. I was standing in the front row before the parade started, and there were many families around me, so it felt similar to us as they all took pictures together before the parade started. I recommend you visit the Putignano Carnival festival that everyone from children to adults come together to make. #italy🇮🇹 #italytravel
While walking down the street
#ThailandAirTicketEvent It was a chocolate shop with a retro feel. The various chocolates displayed on the mirror really stimulated my appetite. When you travel to Italy, there are many cute things to see, and you can buy various chocolates that you don't usually see as gifts in small shops, so if you see it on the street, I recommend you go in without hesitation. #italy🇮🇹
The dignity of the family
#ThailandAirlineEvent I was able to see the beautiful ceiling of the small palace in Putignano, and I felt like I could feel the dignity of the Carducci family who lived in the palace until the end. I recommend you stop by here and take a look around before going to see the carnival parade in Putignano. #italytravel
The utensils used in ancient Rome
#ThailandAirTicketEvent Italian Tableware You can see a lot of pretty ones in shopping malls these days, but in the Bari Castle, tableware from the ancient Roman era hundreds of years ago was restored and displayed. Even the broken pieces were left as they were, so it was a beautiful exhibit, so if you come to Bari, I recommend stopping by the Bari Castle. #italytravel
A gallery exhibition
I had the chance to see a painting believed to be by Francesco Fracanzano. Additionally, works by Andrea Malinconico and Matthias Stom, as well as bronze sculptures by Bruno Innocenti, were also on display. The combination of Renaissance paintings and modern sculptures in one gallery made the experience even more enjoyable for me. If you're planning a trip to Bari, I highly recommend visiting the Bari Art Museum.
If you're planning a trip to Europe
I was truly fortunate to see the paintings of Paris Bordon, an artist born in Ireviso in 1500 and passed away in Venezia in 1571, up close. Additionally, I had the chance to admire dynamic works from the late Renaissance period.
If you're planning a trip to Europe, I highly recommend visiting museums in each city to learn more about their history and charm.
The deep culture and art of Italy
#ThailandFlightEvent It was the Bari Art Museum where you could also appreciate baked clay works that seem to have been made around the 15th to 16th centuries.
The Pietà painted by Painter from Romagna was also impressive. It is an exhibition where you can admire the deep culture and artistic realm of Italy, so I recommend you to visit if you visit Bari. #italytravel
