Rock paintings of Mandageri
This rock painting is said to be the best preserved among the rock paintings in Chad. I have seen rock paintings in other places, but the rock paintings in Mandageri are certainly the most vivid and well preserved. However, they are located at a very high place, so if you want to see them clearly, you will need a telephoto lens. It is recommended that you have at least 300mm. You can climb the rock and view them from the diagonal side, but you can only see a part of it, and if you try to look closely, you will fall down, so be careful. There is a person with a round hairstyle that catches your eye, and I think he is a Bororo. (The same ethnic group as the people at the Gerewol Festival)
I fell in love with the rock paintings here and went to see two other rock paintings in Africa, but the rock paintings in Mandageri seemed the cutest and stimulated my imagination.
