Gelta is a place where water accumulates in the desert. Shortly before we went, our guide told us that we couldn't come to this place because of the large amount of water, but luckily the water seemed to have subsided all at once and we were able to see it. We could see many camels drinking water. The view from the top of the rock was amazing. The breeze felt good.

Enedi rock formations. You can see countless strange rocks, but it is impossible to travel alone, so you must join a tour. There are so many strange rocks that you wonder how you can get there without getting lost, so be careful not to get lost during your free time. I got lost in the evening and at night and had a very scary experience. Water is precious, so I once washed my dishes in the water that had accumulated between the rocks, so I think it's a good idea to use it carefully.

Lake Ounianga, a World Heritage Site in Chad. It is a beautiful blue lake from afar, but green when you get closer. It was very beautiful. If you have money, you can see it from above and get close to it. However, due to complaints from local people, it seems that tourists will no longer be able to wash or wash in the lake from 2022.

The Gerewol Festival in Chad. There is no public transport, so it's almost impossible to go there alone. This festival is held at the end of the rainy season in early October, where the men of the village dance and the two women choose a man to be their partner at the end of the festival. During the hot hours of the day, they danced in a circle under the trees (sometimes they danced even though no women were watching), and from around evening they danced in a row. They danced all night and you could hear their singing from inside the tent. I went to see it at around 4:30am the day after the last day of the festival, and they were still dancing in the dark, and the distance between the dancers and the audience was suddenly closer, so I think it's a recommended time to go see it.
